I got dragged into a Platinum game by PwnedbyBadger, Saberacer, and Revan.  I took my AIU to give me a fighting chance of surviving.

Unsurprisingly, I was unable to clutch Wave 7.  I remember thinking, just before the Phantom killed me, "Does this wave EVER end?"

Keep at it. You've come along fast from what I've seen on these forums, a few Plat runs will break you in nicely. You'll be clutching waves in no time.

and you should accept no blame for not finishing wave 7.
just redirect it all at your teammates for leaving you alone ;P

I have to admit that I was fortunate that when platinum came out I was playing it with some of the really great ME3 players at the time so my experiences with Platinum differs from most. We were very tactical and methodical about the difficulty and mostly extracted about 95% of the time. We then got comfortable enough to run it like Gold. I would say that the reason my experiences were very successful were because of TEAM work. The times I had difficulty with platinum are mostly with new players or when pug'ing it. I guess it comes to show that the greatest success you can have in a coop game would be to be....cooperative. Who knew?

Congrats op on doing platinum. It's tougher but the credit rewards make it so worth it.

I think it was Geth.  At least that is what I saw first.

I did mine with FBW/G/P ... PuG players used to have weirdest strategy there...

MrT was the earlier games.  It was Badger who decided to go Plat and he forgot he was using the Shadow 

It was the funniest game I've had in months with him cursing every few seconds when whatever he SS'ed didn't die and slapped him one instead 

We all died a lot trying to revive him half way across the map.  We'll do it properly next time if Badger ever recovers:whistle:

Edit : Yeah it was Geth.

Heh, it wasPwned's idea, and as soon as we got in his N7 Shadow was getting killed.  After wave 1 he started saying "never let me do this again"
