For me, the Male Inquisitor would either be Adrian Hough or Liam O'Brien
The female Inquisitor: Danielle Nicolet or Laura Bailey

Semi-confirmed rumor - Troy Baker will voice the male Inquisitor because Troy Baker is the new Nolan North 2.0 and thus is set to voice every male character that matters in any game from now on ;P

Lol I don't have any problem with Troy Baker. He did some pretty awesome voice over job before. Though I kinda think they will use some less famous actors / actresses for this. I can be wrong though, since they picked Jennifer Hale, the queen of video game, for female Shep before.

I'd literally die of happiness if they cast Laura Bailey for the main female role. Shes a brilliant VA who would be perfect for this game. If she can make a simple character like the one in SR3 interesting and loveable, she'd do wonders in a Bioware game. Also, in a long RPG you don't want to be stuck with a voice thats going to irritate you over time. Laura's voice is so smooth, its impossible to get fed up with hearing it.

I'm not sure about specifics, but I genuinely hope that the DA3 male voice actor is really good. I never really liked male Hawkes that much. The acting was decent, but it just didn't click with me.

He'll play Duncan 2.0 then, and will end up dying 20 minutes into the game or something - Also agree about Bailey voicing the female and obviously if you got her then Troy Baker will probably be the male thenAresKeith wrote...

EDIT: Grey DeLisle too would be interesting, or Debi Mae West, Micheal Bell also needs to be in this game in some form.. heck I got a list of voice actors I want in this game.

Because I don't know him.
No matter who voices the Inquisitor, I'd like it to be someone that can convey a sense of power, honor and dignity. The kind of person you know you'd better listen to when s/he speaks.
