Shepard survived the Crucible, the story is the collection of files charting Shepard's recovery in a hospital in London. It is a comedy, it is not to be taken too seriously.

Don't mean to brag, but y'know, some people have said it's the funniest thing they've ever read. I'm just awesome like that.
