I'm really curious as to why people who killed Loghain think their opinions are worth anything in this topic. I sure as hell didn't want any of the characters I killed in Dragon Age: Origins to show up, luckily, besides Leiliana, none of them did. That doesn't mean I should have a say in what shows up in other people's games..I mean hell..if I did that Alistair, Wynne, Leiliana, and Zevran would be out, lol.

I think Loghain should definitely make an appearance, he has strong supporters and equally strong haters, it's all the more satisfying killing Loghain if you know you're wiping him out of multiple games.(Judging by how visceral some of the haters get it's clear they feel strongly.)

This. 

Kirkwall was a fairly random city that I think got all of one one mention in Dragon Age Origins(and even then I think that was actually in Awakening). There was no build up to anyone from Origins ending up there so it all came off as random.

Loghain was specifically mentioned as heading to Orlais, so him showing up in Inquisition wouldn't be the same. It would have some actual foreshadowing to it.

I genuinely thought he was an awesome character, hence why I always spared him and befriended him. I sincerely hope he'll come back.

I chopped that mother****er's head off in front of his daughter. So he's dead to me but for those that spared him and let their best friend leave then I think a cameo would be good.

Orlais and Eastern Ferelden are fine by me, but if we're going to Nevarra, I'll be even more content.

Don't know if we'll be going that far since they ruled out Tevinter. It be nice to see the fortess of Weissenhaupt and meet the First Warden.

He's so far the most interesting antagonist in the series, aside from the Arishock in Dragon Age 2.
