Morrigan's normal non-Old God baby.

However, there is another outcome for Morrigan which I believe is probably quite rare (most people who romanced Morrigan usually accept the Dark Ritual so, pretty rare to see a romanced Warden reject the offer...). If a male Warden sleeps with Morrigan at any point, but then denies the Dark Ritual, the epilogue states that Morrigan traveled west into Orlais, with child. Basically it's the exact same slide as the Dark Ritual.
Will the game reflect this, do you think? I have an awful feeling that Bioware is going to be lazy and either ignore it (after all, the slide does say 'possibly with child', so maybe it was just a rumor?), or they're gunna swing it and say that the child somehow absorbed the Old God essence but the Warden died nonetheless.
So, what will happen to the normal child do you think? Will it be ignored, acknowledged or merged into the story line of Old God baby?

I mean, there's not much reason a basically normal kid would play much of a role, and the Inquisitor doesn't have much reason to want to get to know him.

Witch Hunt refers to this outcome, so I guess they'll have to deal with it somehow.
It does? What does she say about it? I've only ever played Witch Hunt once with a Warden who accepted the Dark Ritual.
What does she say about a normal non-god baby?

My Morrigan-romancing, Ritual-refusing Warden was the only one of mine to go through the Eluvian, so I'll be curious to know how the non-Old God Baby works out.

I bet it will all be the same. Old God baby or normal baby the kid will only be like 10-13 or so at the time of DAI. They will get a mention or two but I doubt more than that.
Connor was only 10-13 and he caused a heck of a mess. Just saying.

I'm hoping for a game at a later date with the now adult God baby as the protagonist.
that would be one short game if you did not do the DR.

She can still have the baby without the Warden.

no she can't. If you or Alistair or Loghain did not do the DR there is NO God Baby.

You know there is nothing stopping Morrigian seducing Alistair or Loghain without the protagonist giving her permission. Honestly Bioware have retconned bigger things. Loghain in particular strikes me as someone who would enjoy it.
i would agree with you but Gaider has said flat out if you did not do the DR there will be no God Baby.

You probably didn't pay attention, but the Warden would be alive if Morrigan did the DR with somebody else. The point of the DR was to transfer the soul of the Old God in to the child, causing it to avoid destroying any Warden. You can't change the Warden dying in battle, the lore disagrees with you.

I can imagine Bioware coming up with a solution though, to add the Old God baby into the universe.
It just seems like a choice that has major reprocussions, thus Bioware will have to include it somehow. D:

One of the main things I'm interested in DA3 is how are they going to handle the Morrigan situation, and most people only reference two out comes; no Old God baby, or Old God baby.

I doubt the kid is going to have much of a impact on the game.
but it would be cool to show up at Morrigans Room/House/Hut and see a little black haired boy playing on the floor with a wooden griffon. And just scroll over to him and he says a few cute quotes. like "I like it when mummy reads to me, but i only like the stories with griffons in them."

His dad is an ******* who knocked up his mom, refused her ritual, and then married another woman.
Then he stabbed her when she told him he had a son.
