I will be buying and playing in both Xbox 360 and the xbox1. The xbox 360 purchase is to be able to play multiplayer with friends that may not have the xbox1 and in the event my previous (DAO & DA2) import saves are not compatible with xbox1.
What system will you be playing Dragon Age: Inquisition on?

I'm going with Xbox One. With the Cloud being present on the 360, I'm pretty sure I could keep my saves if I copy them to the Cloud from my hard drive. If not, no big loss.

I really want to play it on the PS 4 but my saves are on the PS 3. I'm not sure which version to get.

Well, wait until BioWare announces what they're going to do about save imports and the versions for next generation consoles. If they say there isn't going to be a way to import from the previous generation and there will be no checklist or Genesis type thing, then you can decide if you want the more advance console version, or if save imports are more important to you. Me, I plan to get the Xbox One version rather than the 360 version personally.

I'll likely have a PS4 by the time it comes out, but I'll wait and hear what the situation is with save imports, first.

I dunno. I've dabbled in various consoles over the years, but I grew up playing games on the PC and that's what I prefer. I've considered eventually getting a console since I've seen friends highly recommend RPGs that aren't available for PC, but I'm really not keen on the idea.

PC... imports at the ready... unless they use a checklist, which is really something I think would be an improvement, other data from other game engines has the potential for serious errors.

It depends on how importing works and if my now slightly aged computer can run it well. I played both games on the xbox 360 because I got it when I had a crappy computer, later got a better computer, got the games for PC and re-played them. I'm planning to get a new desktop in the near future, so I'll see by 2014 what I have that can run the game.
