More than likely PC, although I do prefer a gamepad to KBM. I think *cross fingers* my current PC will be able to play DA:I, and if not, upgrading will more than likely be less expensive than buying a new console.

If I did go the console route, I would definitely opt for the PS4.

Also, I have to wonder at the people who feel the need to detail their PC specs? Very strange to me, but I suppose that is because while I do play most games on PC, I prefer some on console.

A string of bad publicity in front of the fickle gaming masses will do that.

 That and the forced kinect watching you with PRISM which is tied to NSA which is spying on people, also not being able to borrow to who you want, have to buy all online purchased games again, $100 more price tag vs. PS4, not being able to game in my living room (only gamer in the house so console in my bedroom) so pretty much all the tv stuff useless (also have computer and a remote that does all of what Xbone does), live in rural area internet slow, spotty, and prone to going out now and then for days on end.

So those are the reasons I am not getting the Xbone and not one of them has to do with bad publicity and fickleness. If you want to get it go ahead but the reasons people have for not getting it are not imagined.

Xbox One, even if that means waiting until I get the One. Sure, if I don't have the One when Inquisition is released I technically could get the 360 version, but why do that when I eventually will have the One and can then have a superior version of the game?

PC. I'll be building a new machine some time between when the specs for DAI are released and when it comes out. (I'll need a new one some time next year anyway, and it's a good excuse.)

Given the XB1 is obviously designed as a digital distribution first device, and the issues it has revolve around trying to also accommodate obsolete physical media; it hardly seems like it has the potential to ruin anything.

Suddenly people are all enamored with the status quo, though. Which is cool, I guess. But a year ago what everyone wanted most was a Steam Box.  Now MS designs something that's very similar to what such a thing would be (yes, I know, they need to implement a real offline mode like Steam has) and suddenly it's the worst thing ever because you can't trade your baseball cards for videogames, or some such.

That said if someone wants to buy an Xbone I don't see the need to jump down their throat. It's their money. Who cares.

I do hope though the Xbone's inferior specs don't hold the rest of next gen back. That'll ****** me off.

Though I do have popcorn ready for the hacking of Xbone's servers and people being unable to access their crap because that drm bs.
