I had a couple of minutes thinking that with EDI going to Cerberus HQ, that they might be able to hack her or use some kind of killswitch to deactivate her since she was in range or something, but as soon as Joker started saying the same sort of things, i knew she'd be fine.

You know the mission though...where you go to the Cerberus HQ...and EDI is a mandatory squadmate...well i assume you've played ME3 at all, EDI leaves the ship quite a bit through Dr Eva's robo-body (despite primarily being in the Normandy). Can't really miss it though, chief.
