Hi there,

I just bought Dragon Age Origins (new, not used), and went to get my free DLC. The Blood Dragon armour worked just fine, but I can't enter the code for the stone prisoner. On the PS3 it just says I've entered an invalid code, but when I entered it the Bioware redeem site, it said it's already been used!

What can I do to get a replacement code?

EDIT: Okay, never mind, it told me it failed out, but it looks like it works. Weird.

I'm facing exactly the same problem: I've received the Blood Dragon armor but the Stone Prisoner code seems to be already used.

I got the same problem and mine was brand new!

Wait, did you try once and nothing came up but you tried a second time and an error message came up???



Also @keyofoff its a good idea to register your game to the bioware social site as it will solve a lot of your problems lol

Mine always give that it is invalid. And tried all combinations and ways possible. The redeem feature on this site says it has been already used and i bought it brand new

i'm getting a similar issue, only mine is with the blood dragon armor and it wont let me download it from the EA page

Yup bought Dragon Age today and can't redeem the Blood Armor-"No response received from remote server"-so disappointing

Edit: I checked back and it appears that it did redeem.  Whew!
