Has anyone found a way for Warriors or other classes besides rogue to open chests?  There are several instances (like the tower after the warden test) where it is full of chests of loot, with no rogue available or no other way to get this loot.  It is maddening to see tons of sparkling chests full of goodies and to just have to leave them there unopened!  This is a serious, serious, serious, problem BIOWARE!!!  This should not be happening.  I feel like I am being punished for not playing a rogue class.  The chests should at least be breakable/forceable or something!  What a RIP!

No. Only rogues can open chests.

There's nothing important in the locked chests- crafting material and selling trash. As a rogue you'll have more money than otherwise but you're not missing out on anything key.
