Honestly though the same vitriol thats spewed at EA can logically be spewed towards....well almost any for profit company in existence, I guess thats why I don't see the hate *shrug*.

As for ME's flaws, well every single one had them 1 all the way to 3, fact is I still enjoyed each and everyone despite them.

The PS4 and Xbox One prohibit backwards compatibility, so unless the ME Trilogy is released on the market places, you wont be able to play them.

The new systems are basically mid range PCs. They are all X86.  Mass Effect has PC versions.  I think it would be easy to translate the old trilogy to the new systems.

I would imagine porting to the new consoles (with all your info from the old ones) will be completely different than an "Easy" port.

Besides what would the market for that be? I doubt we will see a re-release of (by the time of launch) a 2 year old game.

We'd all be better off just keeping hold of our respective systems I'd imagine.

Do people seriously believe that Bio-Ware and EA haven't already thought about this purely from a money making point of view if nothing else?

100% we'll be able to play ME1-ME3 on the new consoles!!

I'm not sure, since the PS4 and Xbox One are not backwards compatible. I don't think that should impact the ability to send your game save to the cloud and the next gen console from being able to read the information.  But I'm no techy.  I just have a vivid imagination.
