Now that the executives at Microsoft have their heads out of their asses when it comes to DRM, does the removal of having mandatory internet and used game regulations convince you to buy an Xbox One?

Personally, I'm still not getting an Xbox One. Sony and Nintendo, as well as other publushers, have impressed me way more than Microsoft has, and Microsoft themselves still have issues that they have not addressed or gotten rid of, such as the concern with the Kinect. They also, if you want to consider it this way, insulted gamers and made us angry over the Xbox One, and gave us this announcement a tad bit late.

I don't know honestly I won't be able to play my Xbox 360 games on it and I don't have a lot of rooms for various video game systems

It didn't influence it in that it was never going to negatively affect me so it was never a factor for me.

I think once Nintendo gets more games out I'll go buy a WiiU and use my PC for everything else.
