I was a Rogue in the first game [Dalish Archer],a Rogue in the second game [Daggers] and I'll play as a Rogue in Inquisition

I want to play as a mage this time, I want to try that class first because i think it´s the one which is more closely related to the templar/mage conflict. However if the mage class is another disappointment like it was in DA2, with all the stuff that broke inmmersion, then i´m back to playing a warrior.

Generalist Mage, then a dual wielding rogue preferably with no mages in the party. I have never played a warrior beyond the stage needed for an achievement in either game. Later I tend to play with specialist Mage builds, going all Mage plus rogue for the party.

I always play a Mage first then I play a Rogue usually skip playing Warrior as it's not a very interesting class and have Party members capable of filling in the tank role.

I'm more the stand back and dish out damage from far away much like my Catapult in MechWarrior Online when I fire LRMS to support my team.

 Depends on what class gets the archer specialization, and also depends upon if that class is as badass as in DA2.

For me it's a mage or archer (rogue). So I can observe how scary the enemy's are this time. I rather let them eat my team mates

I'm not even 100% sure I'll buy the game cause I don't have enough info on it yet, but If I do, I'll play mage first.

I always play through first as a warrior. Not sure why.

I actually prefer mages.

There's no way I can answer this question until we actually know all the class specifics(which probably won't be till next summer), because I imagine there will be fairly significant changes in general class mechanics from 2 to 3.

In Origins I started as an Dalish Rogue.
In DA2 I started as a Mage. (I played the demo to see get the feeling of each class)
I love being a rogue overall.

For this coming game I'd like to play a demo (if there will be one) and make my decision then. Perhaps I'll go for the rogue class. Have to wait and see.

For me I play each class at least once but I will wait to see what the backgrounds I can chose from first and the background that sounds awesome to play as then I will decide his class.

I always start as a Warrior. Every RPG I've ever player if I'm ever given a choice, that's my default "class" then I move on to a rogue and then mage.
