I was wondering if something like the Mirror of Transformation would appear in DA3. For those that don't know, the Mirror of Transformation came with the Black Emporium DLC for DA2, it was an item that took you to the character creation menu, where you can edit your character in any way. (an unlimited amount of times.)
I loved being able to make little changes over the 'years' to my PC, adding age or a change in hairstyles, tattoos, etc.
What do you think? Would you want this in DA3? Of course, I'd prefer if it came with the full game, rather than as DLC, but it was a nice little feature to have.
Mirror of Transformation for DA3?

A superb feature that will most likely return, as it should.

Definitely yes, especially if the lighting in the character builder persists in being nothing like the lighting in most of the game. Never mind changing Hawke's nose between Acts, I just want to avoid the experience of having to re-make Shepard four times while sitting the same unskippable prologue.

I certainly hope so.
It was really cool, having the ability to change Hawke's look, to acknowledge passing years. And even if DA:I won't have the same timespan, it's still great feature.

It might be one of those few gameplay mechanics that I'd put over anything, even story. It helped *a lot*

I really hope so too! Really a wonderfully simple feature that makes role-playing so much more fun.

Definitely yes. Changing the appearance over the years were a lot of fun. I added a tattoo when my Hawke became champion. Also, added scars. A war wound for Varric to tell stories about.

I presumed it wouldn't just be me that would make changes to Hawke over the chapters. I always find it strange in games that span a large amount of time, when the characters appearances stay exactly the same.
I wonder if it would be possible to force changes in companions/NPC's appearances over time in DA:I. That is, if the timeline is a long one, similar to DA2.
But yeah, I'd love this feature to come back.

YES that was a pretty cool feature and really hope they include it in DAI and not just be a DLC again

Yes because character creation never translates well over into the real game.

God, yes. That thing was amazing. I could actually fix issues with my Hawke's face, instead of suffering through them or playing up until the point where they drove me too crazy to ignore. I could change her hair, add tattoos, change her makeup, and even make her look older in response to events, so it actually looked like she'd lived a couple of years in the long, slow spontaneous combustion that is Kirkwall.
I didn't realize how much I needed it until I had it.

It was one of the few features (if not the ONLY one) that DA2 introduced that was actually universally liked, so I would be quite surprised if it didn't make a return.

I never really used the thing but I never thought of using it for this purpose. Thanks for the idea!
Now I hope it's in DAI.

I'm somewhat ambivalent in regards of this.
On the one hand, I feel it's a bit too "meta". But on the other....

Yes, this is definitly a must!
I imagine they would add this feature in the game as a lot of rpgs have some type of system that allows you to enhance your characters look.
