It's a curse that comes and goes based on the EA server mood. I had this yesterday with krjn... could not join a lobby she was hosting. However, I have joined her rooms before in the past. Also couldn't connect to DaveT yesterday either to help his transition from PC to PS3 controls.  Yet he and I connect just fine on PC, LOL. Irony.

TMB and I go through this at the worst possible times. Usually, he and I can connect to each other's hosts just fine. It's when we specifically plan to do something like, say, record a video... that's when we'll get stuck on joining screens and have to throw our hands in the air and give up for the day.

You still on PS3 right now? I may hop on and see if we can connect.

Rebooting right now, froze on Thunderdome settings on Wave 9...

Dat wuz madness.

I've never had so much on-host lag before. Every time I ended up as host, my frame rate would crash, and I'd get crazy amounts of lag, but when you or kj were hosting, I'd be fine. It was weird.
