forcing myself thru it, so that my Origins save had a DA2 completed version (I had deleted all my DA2 saves in a rage quit moment)

I am replaying DAII, but not because of DA:I. The first time I finished DAII was before I've actually ever finished DA:O, so I've yet to play through DAII with an imported save. Having finally shaken off my post-Mass Effect 3 exhaustion, I just thought it was a good time to do so.

Not that I'm going anywhere with it at the moment; I'm a bit busy playing other games. I'm alternating between Darksiders sessions and a couple of missions for my top three favourite WH40K races in Dawn of War II: Retribution. I've only just started the Black Throne, I've finished the Tyranid campaign, but I'm still trying to master the Eldar, and I'm nearly done with the Orks, so it could be a while before I go back to DAII.

I've got a replay of DA:O to finish, but the plan is to replay DA2 again before DA:I comes out.

I have no problems replaying it now and then, it's no different from rereading books I like.

I'm going to replay DA:O and DA 2 on my 360, once I finish my Mass Effect Trilogy play through on my PS3 which I am working on right now; Plus there is no rush.

I have a DAO and a DA2 in my current group of games I've started, but it's because I enjoy them, not because of the DAI information.

I have played both of them into the ground, and have no desire to do it again. I need fresh material.

I've been playing as the "sarcastic" Hawke and some of those lines are just hilarious! It's fun too because I've highly modded my game so I could recreate my Arcane Warrior from DA:1. I was pretty bummed that we couldn't play that type of melee caster again for DA:2.

I'd like to be able to play DA2 for the first time till DAI is out, but since the new game probably won't run on my rig, I'm in no hurry. And I'd like to play DA2 with DLCs and they're just too expensive :/

The last DLC with Tallis was well worth the money though.  I've never laughed so hard at a video game before.

I'm playing DA2 right now, just left Gamlens house in act 3 :P Sarcastic mage male Hawke romancing Anders. Basicly same playtrough I did with my first Hawke back when game was released.

Not right now, but i might at some point. I still don't have all the dlc's for it yet so i might get those and push myself to go through one last time. Wasn't really a huge fan of it though so it's gonna be hard.

What great news? A trailer which showed almost nothing?

The announcement that they're using Frostbite 3 over whatever outdated garbage they used for DA:O, and then "upgraded" for DAII, is good enough news for me. For now, anyway.

Now that would be eerie!

If anyone is curious on how to get a Companion-Free ending:

Dog - Don't be Human Noble. Kill Dog at Ostagar (or just leave it to die).
Leliana - Leave her in Lothering, or kill her by defiling Urn of Sacred Ashes.
Sten - Leave him in Lothering.
Morrigan - Run her off, and do not do Dark Ritual. For bonus points, do Witch Hunt and stab her.
Zevran - Kill him before he wakes up when you first meet him.
Wynne - Kill her when you first meet her, or kill her by defiling Urn.
Shale - Leave in Honleath, or bring with you to Anvil of Void and attack Caridan.
Oghren - Get Approval low enough, and he'll leave you (Use Feastday Pranks to simplify this). If the correct dialogue is chosen, you can kill him. (But he still shows up in Awakening).
Alistair/Loghain: Kill one at the Landsmeet, let the other sacrifice self to the Archdemon.

I haven't done Awakenings yet, so I don't know for sure. But I can guess:

Nathaniel - Have him executed immediately.
Anders - Turn over to Templar.
Sigrun - Encourage her to return to the Deep Roads after killing Broodmothers.
Velana - Not sure. Probably have the option to not recruit her, or send her away after Silverite Mines.
Justice - Not sure. Probably have option to request he go away.
Oghren - No idea at all. That drunkard is hard to get rid of.

Wow that would lead to the shortest epilogue in DA:O ever...

I would probably play it again... After doing another playthrough of DA:O with a different character. I have my main playthroughs done, but I would also like to know how things will be if I had made different decisions.

Got one baseline play through from Origins which in my head-canon is the best ending (anora and Alistair joined ruling, Loghain atoning for his crimes by sacrificing himself) and 2 I asume is going to be the one with the most influence in Inquisition so I've made one mage playthrough and one templar, DA2 is relatively simple to complete.

I've actually tried to slog through a second playthrough of DA2 several times, and I just can't. It's almost unceasingly awful, and in the rare moments where it does cease being awful, it's just mind-numbingly boring instead. Save imports be damned, I'm never playing that game again.

I was actually thanking of doing this with one of my games it just seems funny and to be the only warden in awakening telling everyone else to beat it. In awakening you have the choice to send Oghren away and killing Velana. If you send Anders with the Templars I know he can escape again but how would D.A.2 play out who let him join the wardens and how did he meet justice.

Not for a while. With over a year to go before the release I'll have it sitting collecting dust for a long time.
