you ever seen a 14-kilometer ship readying a laser that's as wide as itself while pointing at you? yeah, that guy looks pretty lame to me...............VoidNeXus 000 wrote...

I can think of one new game that will put the final nail in the coffin... assuming ME3 multiplayer is still supported come March.
There's no way ME4 will be out in March
It's not like I'd care much anyway.
New games won't stop you from playing ME3 MP?

Hey, if I don't kill them with a stealth critical, or otherwise incapacitated them before they can initiate hostilities, they would shoot first!
I'm just defending myself ... proactively.

Anyway, I feel that the skill/perks system needs to be re-done. It's stupid that I can't have my squadmates unlock doors / hack terminals for me, so I need to have 100 lockpicking and 100 science (eventually), so I immediately go for high Intelligence... the intelligence/skill points per level correlation needs to be thrown away imho.

I'd also like to add that I loathe the repair system in NV. Not only I had to raise Repair up to 90 because of the perk that makes it bearable, but I can't find a vendor with weapon repair kits anywhere, so half of my loot ends up being merged with my equipment.

Repair was worse in FO3.
And intelligence doesn't significantly affect skill point gain as much as it does in FO3.
Most places can be dealt with using either science OR lockpick; you can get by with magazines if you really need to as well.

Anything else is whatever you like, but Project Nevada is pretty much Fallout New Vegas 2.0

Surprised I haven't seen someone talk about The Last of Us.
Probably because they're too busy playing it instead of posting here.
So true, I just finished it tonight and I'm sad now!
I still gotta finish Bioshock and start Bioshock 2 myself. What keeps me playing this game is friends as Pugs are dinks!

So true, I just finished it tonight and I'm sad now!Easily the best game I've played this year, better than the new Tomb Raider and I love that game!

I am suddenly realizing that I got The Last of Us and I Am Alive mixed up. I really enjoyed the IAA demo, and was really interested in the discussion for TLOU, but sweet consensus was I ever off. TLOU looks so goddamn unreal, I'm kicking myself for not investigating far enough. Will get my hands on when I can.

Which brings us back to ME3. The only MP I've found enjoyable enough to keep playing over a year after release. No friendly fire, no spawn camping, no higher levels stomping you into the dust... and all those options to keep you busy. Yeah, maxing your manifest and chasing banners is a thing, but it wouldn't be worth it if the game wasn't fun to play, would it?

On topic: the game I'm most surprised that I can't find it in my heart to play when there's more ME3MP to play is Dark Souls. Even doing some completionist stuff on Skyrim doesn't come easy. Touche ME3MP, touche.

That Last of Us.I've played through it about 4 times now and I'm not stopping. Survivor mode is tough. Survivor+ is still tough. Right now, I'm just trophy wh.. hunting. Got one more SP trophy to get (the one for optional convos) then those stupid MP ones which will take forever. Because I suck at PvP.

I got Dark Souls about 5 months ago and it has been the only game that has been able to keep me away from ME3 MP. Feels like I've done everything in that game now though, don't really like PvP and can finish SP without dying once (except at Seath) so it doesn't feel challenging anymore.
Now I will continue to play ME3 MP until Dark Souls 2 comes! Dark Souls is by far the best game I've ever played, so I can't wait for the sequel.

Since I got Mass Effect 3 a lot of games came out, a lot of games have been played by me, but none of them catch me like this one, until 1 week ago a friend gave me a copy of Age of Empires II "HD", then I stopped playing.
Age of Empires II, Unreal Tournament 2004 and Mass Effect 3 are the games that made me really adict to them.
