Thus, the Quarians are the better choice, they're technical savants, very smart and motivated. For the purpose of rebuilding, they are superior to the Geth.
On what are you basing this from? Can you show me where, anywhere, where the game states that?
I'll wait for you to provide me proof. I don't believe you can, since there is none.
As for the conventional warfare, it buys us time to build the Crucible, and the intact military (also boosted) gives it protection for the final battle.
I don't need proof, just stop to think for a second. The Quarians are one of the most technologically advance species in the galaxy, they know reaper tech well and would have no trouble repairing the relays or citadel. On top of that, every single Quarian has technical skills, every man, every woman. 17 million technicians is a lot. The Geth are advanced, but many of their units are war units. Also, ultimately their technology is Quarian in design and function. Also, they actually survive the destroy ending, which seems to be the most popular.

The reasons why they took power are: depression, propaganda and charisma.
You judge people in the wrong light, artist aren't meant to lead, but people shouldn't be judged by their leadership skills. Art and music are important to the war effort and moral in their own important ways.
I find it peculiar, that you talk about racism. My argument could have been yours in writting style, I judged the Batarians for their morals and achievements. Something you do all the time.
How is writing poetry going to stop the Reapers?
How is painting going to stop the Reapers?
How is music going to stop the Reapers?
How is yoga going to stop the Reaper?
They don't. Prove to me otherwise. I'll wait.
Art and music don't win wars. Leadership skills do.
In a war, any war, no matter the enemy, Leadership is always more important than your art and culture.
Always.
Give me one example otherwise. One war where military prowess wasn't as useful as art and music.
As for your assertion on dictators, it's a lot more than that. A lot more. Have you ever taken a real Political Science course? Or a government course? Or even a Philosophy course? You are being very insipid with your definition.
Really, all I've seen from you at all is Paragon butthurt.

Because you are told this at literally every point in the game by everyone - it is theoretically possible that Shepard is supposed to be a better tactician than every other general, admiral and mineral in the galaxy but on the balance of probability I think that it is more likely that we can't win this conventionally - that is to say, we need something big to change the balance of power (e.g. radar, Colossus, U-559, anti-Reaper virus, etc).w do you know that the reapers cant be defeated conventionally, what is conventionally anyway? and why is having a giant gun that destroy only reapers isnt conventionally.

Germany invested billions in art, monuments and music to boost moral. That was one of the reasons why they sadly managed to fight for so long. Of course military prowess is more important, but that doesn't mean you can neglect moral. Yes, I have taken philosophy courses.

You literally just killed any credibility you have. No one. I repeat. No one, will ever take you seriously if you say that.
The Quarians are one of the most technologically advance species in the galaxy
They are, yes. So are the Humans, Asari, Salarians, Turians, Geth, Hanar, Volus, Elcor, and Batarians.
It takes a lot to be a Tier 2 civilization.
they know reaper tech well and would have no trouble repairing the relays or citadel.
PROOF? WHAT PROOF DO YOU HAVE? SHOW ME THE PROOF!
On top of that, every single Quarian has technical skills, every man, every woman.
Improper generalization. Once again, PROOF?
17 million technicians is a lot.
Not all 17 million Quarians are going to help the Crucible. In fact, I think the vast, vast majority are described as staying on Rannoch.
The Geth are advanced, but many of their units are war units.
No, every Geth unit has a military utility, despite its intended use.
Also, ultimately their technology is Quarian in design and function.
Irrelevant.
Also, they actually survive the destroy ending, which seems to be the most popular. sur
Seriously?

Yes I've heard of morals.
So my soldiers are losing hope. This is something I know a thing or two about. I am a Lieutenant in the National Guard, a Platoon Leader with 44 Soldiers under my direct command, and a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. Before I commissioned as an officer, I was an Enlisted Soldier who had 5 years of experience in the Army. I know a thing or two about war.
You're assertion is bloody wrong. Bloody.
Why are my soldiers losing hope? They won't lose hope, because they have a hardass leader behind them kicking them in the ass. They know about the Crucible. They have Commander Shepard next to them, leading them, challenging them. They don't need art or music. They know art and music won't save them even if they were demoralized.
You are making an appeal to emotion. I told you about this already. This is the definition of an appeal to emotion:
Emotional appeal is a logical fallacy, or at least a very bad way of making an objective argument, whereby a debater attempts to win an argument by trying to get an emotional reaction from the opponent(s) and/or audience. It is generally characterized by the use of loaded language and concepts (God, country, and apple pie being good concepts, homosexuality, drugs, and crime common bad ones). In debating terms, it is often effective as a rhetorical device, but is generally considered naive or dishonest as a logical argument, since it often appeals to listeners' prejudices instead of being a sober assessment of a situation.Emotional appeal overlaps with other fallacies such as argumentum ad populum (i.e. appeal to widely held values), argument from adverse consequences, argument from shame, and poisoning the well (i.e. using the audience's perceived distaste for an opponent against the opponent).
I'll let Mister Webster define logical fallacy for you:
a: a false or mistaken idea
b : erroneous character : erroneousness
c: an often plausible argument using false or invalid inference
Related to FALLACY
Synonyms:
delusion, error, falsehood, falsity, hallucination, illusion, misbelief, misconception, myth, old wives' tale, untruth
Antonyms:
truth, verity
Related Words:
factoid; superstition; fiction, pretense; distortion, inaccuracy, misapprehension, miscomprehension,
misinterpretation, misjudgment,misperception, misunderstanding; misinformation,misknowledge,
misreport, misrepresentation, misstatement;sophism, sophistry; fib, half-truth, lie, story, tale
Near Antonyms:
accuracy, actuality, correctness, factuality, factualness, genuineness; credibility, honesty, trustworthiness,

No I never wondered why Tali knew so much about Reaper tech.
Why?
Because she doesn't know anything about Reaper tech.
No where is it said that she knows Reaper tech.
No where.
If she did study Reaper tech, she'd likely be indoctrinated.
The Quarians are technologically adaptable, here's an example: Admiral Xen created a white noise jamming system, that manged to severly cripple the Geth defense systems.
I know this. I never disputed this.
It is completely irrelevant.
They have some of the most advanced weapons in the galaxy
Beyond stealth technology that was acquired by unknown means (I believe Tali stole it from the SR-2) and Thanix Cannons (acquired from the Turians)...
Proof please? Pretty please?
imagine the technical potential the Quarians have.
I'm not denying this, nor did I ever. Obviously, the Quarians are very technically minded. They have to be: the survival of the flotilla depends upon technical expertise.
I don't assume it was easy to create the Geth, a race of self-reproducing sentient synthetics in the first place. Do you think any race could have created a race like the Geth?
I'm not assuming it was easy either.
You know what they say about assumptions. It makes an 'ass' out of 'u' and 'me'.
I believe that given time and focus, yes, any race could create a synthetic species. We humans did it with EDI.
