Ok so I've had this problem for years now...tried to get answers when it started and didn't get any...so I'll try again.
I play the PS3 version, and as a result I had to delete my entire Game Data file in order to delete Warden's Keep to fix that Awakening bug that Bioware never fixed because I didn't want Vigilance to look like Starfang. After I did this and re-downloaded all the DLCs (except Warden's Keep) ALL the DLC "Reward" items you get for the Trophies and Achivements were totally done from DAO. I was totally bummed out...I moved on to Awakening and found that all the Reward items were still in Awakening. At this point is was a real head scratcher...I couldn't understand why they were gone from DAO but were still in DAOA. I still have the Trophies unlocked from those DLC but I went through them again...the items only re-appeared in DAO if I kept the Save File from the DLC. The only problem is, this is irrelevant for the items like the Mace from Golems of Amgarrak, because it does not save after killing The Harvester on Hardcore, thus this item is no longer obtainable. After awhile I re-installed Warden's Keep hoping that would fix the problem...it didn't.
Can ANYONE please give me some answers? has this happened to anyone else?

I had thought the trophies were stored on your PSN account. Could you try re-syncing to your account?

I think I've done that, in fact I think PS+ does that automatically. I am truly confused, I even still have the Downloads that grant those items for DAO...I just cant understand this issue.

Here's the method:
Scroll to the 'Game' tab, scroll down to 'Trophies', while on it, press on the 'triangle' button and click on 'Sync with server'

Alas, I'm still getting the "Your Profile Data has been corrupted" every time I launch the game...I've been getting that since this started...I don't even know what that means exactly...or how to fix it.

Well that did get rid of the Corruption message...but alas...the items are still missing...its just depressing.
