Would synthetics be capable of using biotics?

I've always wondered this.

Of course they can, stick an AI in an avenger and there you go. Biotics in organics is simply the manipulation of mass effect fields through nerve pulses through the brain, and is similar to the mass effect field manipulated by nearly all MEU tech.

No, by definition of the term biotic (it's in the name - bio=life). Organics generating mass effect fields using their biology are called biotics, whilst all all other mass effect field effects are considered "tech powers" (e.g. kinetic barriers generate mass effect fields to deflect incoming projectiles)

Only after synthesis.

Given that ships travel because they can use mass effect fields, and using mass effect fields requires mechanical/synethtic implants, obviously.

Not required. They are called "biotic amps" for a reason. Any biotic can manipulate mass effect fields. It's just that they can't use them very effectively without amps (barring the Asari). In Exile wrote...

The asari need them too, it's just that the asari are born with eezo nodules, unlike the other races.

Actually, they don't. It's entirely optional for an Asari to have biotic amps "installed." Many Asari can use their biotics without the need for amps. The amps are mainly for Asari who want to be able to use their biotics more effectively (most notably those who wish to be commandos). Every Asari is born with biotics though the strength of their biotics can vary from person to person (just like anything else). Some Asari have strong enough biotics that they don't need amps and others may have very little biotic strength (well, compared to other Asari at least). Humans, Turians, Krogan, etc. generally need amps because they aren't naturally biotic races. Liara even says that many Asari don't wish to use their biotics for more than minor tasks if they plan to use their biotics at all.

Like I said.
The asari are born with eezo nodules in their brains. They still need amps if they want combat-heavy biotics. The other races need implants along with amps.

I don't see why not.
All you have to do to generate a mass-effect field is to cook some eezo a certain way to get that desired effect. Spaceships in the lore are not organic, and they can use mass-effect fields (to drive into FTL). I don't see why they couldn't theoretically create machines to take eezo and emit, say, warp fields. 'Just a bit pointless when organics do it already.

Yes they can, all it requires is a synthetic with the ability to send precise electrical currents into a eezo node and you'd have a biotic reaction. Really everyone getting hung up on the "bio" part of biotics is simply playing a semantics game instead of actually looking at the question at hand. Biotics is the process of manipulating mass effect fields using electrical currents directed to eezo nodes scattered within the body. Any machine could be built to have this same ability, and we could just call it synthotics or something else to that effect, it would be the same damn thing.

No.
Considering the highly advanced Reapers have been around for a billion years and you never see them throwing out skyscraper sized singularitys, it's safe to assume that's because they can't.
Although watching the Normandy stasis bubble a Reaper would have been funny.
