New Game Plus for Dragon Age: Inquisition?

Until you get to about Level 10-12 I find the combat in Dragon Age pretty dull, since you just don't have enough skills and spells to keep the combat interesting and you're generally spamming normal attacks.
From Level 12ish upwards you have enough to keep things always entertaining.
The level-up cheat in DA2 was awesome for skipping all those dull combat encounters in Act 1 as I would boost straight up to Level 11/12.

I would just prefer a mode were you start at max level.

Thats another reason I like NG+. If I want to start leveling again, I can do that by starting a new playthrough, and if I want to keep going with the endgame stuff, I can do a NG+ playthrough.

So if I do path A in one playthrough and Path B in another, Path A's codex information is unlocked.
But that could just as easily be done by having, in the main menu screen, a library where the codexes you've discovered can be read at any time you wish.

I think that all of the DA games should have had a NG+. In both Origins and DA2 it feels like I don't get to enjoy my choice in style of play until the end of the game because I'm spending my entire playthrough gathering my attribute points, skills, passive abilities and gear that I need in order to use this combat style. Sure it's still rewarding to see your combat style work, but it feels somewhat of a let down when you finally get your character put together and there's only one more battle left (not counting DLC or expansions).
This, basically. Arcane Warrior was really only satisfying and not frustrating near the end of the game, and this is true for many other builds.

I like being able to have that feeling in a single player RPG, and NG+ allows me to do that.
Without it, I feel like I have to start over unnecessarily.

I also like making different choices with the same character... And I'm lazy at going around places to find those weapons and armors, again!

If you need a new game + to increase the replay-ability of your game, then there is something wrong with your game.
I strongly disagree. Many players feel like it's important to them to play on higher difficulties and wish to unlock even harder difficulties to give them more replayability with the games they love. This gives the players the choice to replay what they want while keeping the appearances they desire.
This implies that there is an easy linear, difficulty that can be ratcheted up by twisitng a knob, that apparently all you have to do is add more hitpoints, add more units, add more damage and the game becomes harder. Most of the time (actually, I think the difficulty levels on DA2 showed this - poorly) this just makes a game tedious, unless the premise of a NG+ is built into the ideas of how to build an engine and combat system.

Like in Mass Effect, I've played all the ME games on Insanity, why? Because of NG+, and I love playing the game again on Insanity because I feel like I worked for it, like I did something awesome. I have never played any Hardcore mode on Dragon Age, why? No NG+. If I'm playing on the hardest level I don't want to have to worry about leveling or skill point spending, I want to focus on combat and strategies, not worry about what "specialization" I'm getting at level 15. And there is no reason to up the difficulty automatically either, that is also a silly idea. Most people who do a NG+ do it for one of two reason, to see the story again in a "new way" or to beat it at a harder difficulty level; the first person doesn't want a harder game, that's part of the point, the second person is trying to challenge themselves and thus is probably smart enough to go to the menu and turn up the difficulty, they don't need the game to do that for them.
Since I found the glitch in DA:O that let you level up in Ostigar I've used it every time I've played, and I often play on the easiest level, why do I do that? Because I've beaten the game a dozen times, I know the best build for my play style. The point of a gradual leveling up system in most RPG's is to have something like a ongoing tutorial, so you learn to use each skill as you get it and you don't get overwhelmed from the get go, this isn't a problem for someone who starts the game a second time. That person who's playing the game again either A) already knows the build they want, or
Any way, I've ranted a bit now, but honestly all the "problems" I've seen some of you putting up wouldn't apply to even a casual gamer, we gamers aren't stupid, and having a NG+, (or harder difficulty for that matter) doesn't make us go, "I'm missing content?!?!?" No, we are smart people and I don't think anyone would see NG+ on the menu and go, "I must do that no matter if I want to or not, can't miss any content!" any more than someone who likes playing games on easy sees "Hard," and goes, "Darn, I wish I wasn't missing so much of the game's content..." Because they know the game doesn't "change," they aren't "missing," anything.

DA2 with its scaling system would have been much more adapted to NG+ but its awful scaling system was one of the numerous reasons why I don’t consider it as a good game.
Now if they just allow the players the replay the game with their character without adapting the difficulty I won’t complain about it (under condition that the game is still be beatable at the hardest difficulty by starting at level 1), it would just be a feature I would never use.

I think if you're going to have a New Game+ feature, you should have extra sidequests/dungeons that are only unlocked in that mode of play. Something other than "Here is the same game, but easier".
I think this is a problem though. This is an artificial way to to increase replayability. Instead of gating content arbitrarily, how about they create a compelling base game with enough options to increase a player's desire to replay with a different character.
I think this can be solved with better loot tables. I mean, One of things that was about Diablo was mainly the push to get better and better gear, to try to make an OP character.
With ME and other games, is the fact of the physical level cap/ skill cap in DA games. I think they would need to seriously make a big skill tree or grid, with lots of levels in passives for "more damage" sort of things. Cause in reality with DA2, there was only X amount of points you could put into the skill trees, and even with speicalization unlockers you will still have a set cap of how many skill points you can spend. Now with the atterbites I'm not sure if there ever was a cap on how many points you coudl put in it.
So they would need to do something about the level/skill capping of the game. And better loot for the NG+
