I think I would like to see scars as well. I can see why they were taken out of Mass Effect 2 and 3 because of Shep's reconstruction, but I don't see a reason not to include them in Dragon Age. The right kind of battle scar can add a nice touch. (Though personally what I would like are more tattoos.)
