Beatrice gave the book to Cassandra saying that "dark time are ahead/coming". She was right. I think the book is a compilation of prophecies and the attack in 9:22 was the starting point of what we will see coming to a conclusion in DAI. I also think that Leliana was a spy for "that group" in DAO and she was in Lothering waiting for Morrigan (we see her in the book with her DAO clothing).

Cassandra and "her group" has been on a gooses chase for 18+ years by DAI.

Cassandra being a LI is the only thing left for Bioware to confirm before they have basically checked all my wishlist boxes. It would really suck if she got the Aveline treatment and weren't romancable. Been interested in Cassandra since the first time I saw her in DA2 and one of the first thoughts I had after finishing DA2 was 'Man, I really hope Cassandra is a companion and LI in the next game'.

Make it so Bioware, please make it so.

If she's Bi and/or lesbian, remember, even if she's a LI she could very well be heterosexual in which case you'd to be male. Unless you plan to use magic on her in order to get the goods, but that would be tantamount to rape, I guess.

Near the end of the PAX demo, she knocks down a keep's giant metal gate in literally two hits.

Well she was in her 20s that time so obviously she was hotter..She is in her 40s now...& still looking good...

If Bioware allows Cassie to be romanceable..Just imagine..20s Inquisitor + 40s Seeker...

From the PAX demo I get the feeling that Cassandra will approve of a more 'the end justifies the means' kind of attitude. Varric gets upset that the Inquisitor ordered the soldiers to regroup at the fort instead of saving the village Crestwood, and Cassandra says something like "Crestwood needs the Inquisition strong." I kind of get the feeling that she felt that Crestwood burning to the ground would be an acceptable loss in the grand scheme of things. I usually play the 'save all the kittens and the babies/ paragon' good guy, so I might actually have a hard time gaining approval with her. Which is fine, it will make it more of a challenge for me to get her to loooooove me.

I just hope she'd be interested in at least SOME goody two shoe-ing.

My impression is that she tends to look at the big picture. If the keep is lost the Inquisition's presence in the region will be weakened. Losing the village, however, isn't going to have a major effect, besides denying you access to some additional quests.

Mind you, though, that's her reaction to that particular dilemma. I doubt she'd normally be ok with letting innocent people burn for the hell of it.

I'm pretty sure Mike Laidlaw said she isn't in her forties,  not that I mind, but for some fans it's their reasoning for her not being an LI.

I doubt Cassandra would approve of using blood magic, so she's not exactly "the end justifies the means". She consider the most important thing is keeping the Inquisition strong so they can "end this madness". If the Inquisition isn't strong in the region more than Crestwood will probably be burned to the ground and destroyed. I suspect that losing approval with Cassandra will be tied to failing to build up the Inquisition and failing to lead it to stop corruption and "evil dudes".

It also appear that Vivienne has nothing to say on the subject or the
dialogs are not all done, there was a lots of Cassandra/Varric exchanges
in the demo, very few Vivienne talking.

Speaking of exchanges, I love the new "battle banter". I expect a few people being annoyed at Cassandra "barking orders", but I just think it's cool. It really gives a sense that she's knows you stuff in a battle.
