I downloaded some of NTB's areas off the old Vault, but I can't figure out how to use them. I can't import them (no .erf) and I don't know any other way to add them to my module. There are no instructions with the .zip file.
Any clues?

There are two downloads there. One is for L3DT files (that seem to require a specific application), and the other appears to be a module file (judging by the name of the 7-Zip file). You should be able to open the module (or modules) in the toolset and export any area/s you want as an ERF file.
