I don`t believe such thing exists.

It`s a fun gun... but it cannot compete with Talon.

I like it on the Cabal. Phase into a room, pop a head, phase out. Repeat until entire squad is successfully hit-and-ran.

I have Executioner at X, prefer my Talon IV.  ROF is superior

I can't stand the Executioner on anything other than Destroyer, and only tolerate it there for novelty.  Plus it sounds like a knock off Nerf gun that you bought at the 99 cent store.

The Talon weighs 0.6 at X and there is no class that it isn't good on.

Hmm. Would probably work well with cryo ammo on the Human Engineer. Lightweight for quick recharges, overload to beat shield gate, incinerate for increased DPS to armor.

It's main advantage is that it's incredibly lightweight, so anything that really benefits noticeably from quick CDs should be an ideal fit.

I actually prefer to use the executioner on my human engineer. I run a 6/6/6/5/3 build focusing mostly on powers. Talon is pretty awesome on my playstyle, but I often find I try to fight enemies at a range where I can't get all the pellets to hit the head so I've begun to prefer using the executioner as a follow to overload now.
