Is it just me or do the guys in the armor look a little...disproportioned. Or maybe its because they're stocky and short (their arms are kinda short looking and their torsos are rather wide) idk

She is always fiddling around with her hair. If I remember correctly her hair in the DA2 demo was a different color than it was in the actual game. Some people are like that. In regards to myself, I'd consider my hairstyle timeless in beauty and form....

It's not because some one is a agressive though-as-nail badass that they can't have a sweet side that likes little hearts all over their spaulders*.

*A pauldron covers the armpit and is part of an plate armor, that's not what she's wearing.

I'd say is likely. Though I want to point out that the symbol on her armour is different, expecially the eye, that has a different shape.

Okay, she's got an eye, she's got hearts... Where's the "U" at?

The heart is her armor changing in response to romance. The Inquisitor adds it himself.
