What do you think might disappoint you about DA3?

I mean, really! They're supposed to be the city guard, and I just rummage through their footlockers and they have nothing to say about that?

2. No Warden or Hawke cameo.
3. No Nevarran Dragon hunter background option.
4. The return of Arcane Warrior. (It makes mages op and no reason to play Warrior.)
5. No acknowledgement of the Warden and his baby from Morrigan.
6. No new info on the primevil thaig and the idol.
7. No confirmation that Sandal is the Maker. (lol)
8. No polearms or spears for warriors.
9. No bowstrings.
10. No kill all Qunari heathen options.
Ill add more if I think of them.

Don't get me wrong. I still anticipate I will enjoy the game as I have every other Bioware game.
But - But...Varric romance...

If they don't go back to more realistic weapons, armor, and animations I won't be playing and will probably be done with Bioware in general.
I guess since "more" is a relative term you can use that but the DAO weapons were silly looking as well. The Hammers were absurd, Starfang was painful to look at and if it wasn't the best sword in the game by far I'd never have used it. DA2's weapons and armor went full stupid but I'd rather they took a big step back and went for a much more realistic look like TW2 had for example.

True, but that was a dlc weapon that was created by people who, for the most part, weren't even involved in the original weapon/armor designs.
Also the game was so easy you didn't even need to min/max weapons and armor unless you were doing a nightmare solo run. I always picked whichever armor and weapons looked the best all the time/everytime.

Given that the amount of information we truly know abut DA3 could fit into a small zip-lock bag, a lot of everything that's floating around this forum is speculation.
But that being said, do you have high or low expectations for Inquisition? What would disappoint you about this game (i.e. if there was a lack of characters, short quest line, etc.). What would you absolutely NOT want to see in DA3? And what would disappoint you if some sort of something did not make it into the game?
EDIT: if you're talking about previous games, try to stick to constructive criticism. Saying, "DA2 sucked nug brains" isn't helping anyone.
Since it has already been confirmed to be Dragon Age 2 redux, my expectations are rock bottom.

If Hawke, Warden and Old God baby are glossed over and don't cameo
No Arcane Warrior (while it could be improved, I've yet to see any good reason not for it to return. Those who didn't like it are hardly being forced to use it).
If they use the same approach to arbitrary restrictions regarding classes and what they can equip as DA2

Something else? Over doing the fanservice.
Seriously, if it's anything like ME3 (or even ME2) with the disgusting fanservice that's so out of place it's painful, I will be disappointed in BioWare for not being better than that.

1) Only human PC again, already confirmed, so I guess that's one off my list.
2) Combat slowing down and going in the direction of plodding hyperrealistic medieval porn like it was in DA:O. Sorry but I don't have six years to watch my character swing that two hander. Especially if they're going to miss again. I would be okay with some downscaling from DA2's awesome, fast-paced acrobatics, just to please the crowds, but I'll be sad if it goes all the way back into dour LARPing again.
3) Game being brown. Please no brown. I am so tired of brown games. The trailer was a little on the brown side and I was worried but then Morrigan walked in all violet and red and blue and I was like oh hurray, she's not brown! Brown is terrible. I hate brown. No more brown. Brown is the cancer that is killing AAA games. I buy indie games 90% because they are interesting to look at instead of being BROWN BROWN BROWN.
4) No body-type choices for PC. Since we can't play dwarves or elves, please let us make lithe or stocky humans instead. I just like playing as plus sized female characters. It makes me smile. And TOR had it. Come on. I have myself so convinced that this will be in the game that I'm going to be disappointed if it's not
5) Elves going back to their DA:O look. Again, I'd sadly be okay with a bit of downscaling from DA2's (****ing awesome) controversial new look just to avoid the screams of anguish but if we go all the way back to where we started I'll be bummed out. Really hope that they keep the same general design as DA2's, just refined. Fenris and Merrill both looked so perfect
6) Losing Friendship/Rivalry. I'm pretty sure it will CHANGE but I want it to still exist in some format because that was my favourite addition to DA2. Bioware will need to find some way to make Rivalry seem more appealing to the average player but just speaking personally, I like every single rivalry path better than every single friendship path in DA2 except Varric's. It adds a lot of replay and also adds a lot of depth to roleplay. Not being punished for roleplay choices but instead having it unlock new scenes is awesome
Okay I think those are the only things that could REALLY disappoint me now. I will also be disappointed if there are no appealing love interests but that's a little hard to quantify -- what is "appealing?" I'm sure of the four (hopefully) available -- wait, that's another one
6) All Bi LIs again, please! I like having four options available! Thanks!
Anyways I'm sure that of the (hopefully) four available, one has got to appeal to me! So I don't see myself being too upset there.

2) Major choices having no consequences (did you side with Templar or mages? oh nwm we will still attack you)
3) "Sir our troops have just been massacred", "No matter, send wave 2 and have wave 3 on standby."
4) "I have a feeling, I have been in this cave/house .... like 20times already!!!"
annoying but acceptable
1) Best romance option has STD
2) Darkspawn even more comical
3) Events of DA:O and DA2 are discarded

So, the disappointments would be:
- the companions / dialogues / characters are not good and well written as in DAO.
- Resources spent in Multiplayer, instead of being used to perfect Singleplayer campaing.
- Not very good graphics (graphics can help one's immersion).
- No RPG
- Sex with clothes. I read that they exist in DA too. Of course I don't want a full frontal. But take ME1 as an example: those scenes were nicely done, they were kind of poetic and didn't offend anyone's intelligence. ME 1's sensual scenes only offended stupid people.
- Get the feeling the game was rushed (but I believe and hope it won't happen this time)
- A lame story, with no mistery and no interesting ending(s).

It was the sex scenes with Liara in ME1 that got Bioware in trouble with Fox News (they didn't do their research and attacked Bioware mercilessly. It was unreal.) Since then Bioware's been way too careful with the sex scenes. So I doubt we'll get anything like ME1, even though there was nothing wrong with them.

Anyway, on a very personal level and with little facts to support my position, I fear that the multyplayer component of the game could push the feel of the game in the "mumorpuger" direction. The trailer, with its "insistence" on the various factions of the world has done very little to ease my fears.

1. Spiders
2. Shades
3. Multiplying enemies dropping from the sky
4. Fully clothed romance scenes that take about 2 or 3 minutes
and then nothing for the rest of the game
5. Quests that are just "fillers", with no real meaning.
6. Multiplayer that interferes with Single Player.

Morrigan returns with the Old God Baby and a plan to change the world. As it happens, I (as the player) am completely down with this plan. Go Morrigan! Tear it all down! How can I help? But the game has me as a character that opposes Morrigan instead of helping her, regardless of my own personal feelings on the matter.
That would disappoint me no end.
