Also a nifty trick to remember is if you're having trouble locking onto an enemy for the heavy melee drain, tap your melee button for the light melee and they will get staggered then you should be able to lock onto them. This is especially useful for those hunters and phantoms.

Nice tip.  Thanks :D

OT:  Adas with cryo, incendiary, or disruptor ammo + Siege Pulse makes for plentiful tech explosions.

I prefer Crusader X with Omni-Blade and HVB. I have 4 points in both shield and turret. Mostly I siege pulse stuff and/or shoot it in the head. If it gets close, and I need shields, melee. Or if it's slippery like a phantom or a bomber. I like to use cyclonics, tried adrenaline, didn't really seem to make much difference. Play on small maps, you won't need to move much then.

I can never understand why players take a character with such high base shields & health & then pick every option to boost shields more, and then complain he doesn't do much damage.

I play Juggy as mobile artillery for your squad. Max out Siege Pulse & spam it. With an open map like Hydra you can see pretty much most of the map without having to move very far. SP is ruthlessly accurate at range, allowing you to hit targets even behind light cover on the opposite side of the map. By the time the quicker characters run over there the enemies are already dead if you're doing it right. Other maps that work are Jade, Dagger, White, Rio - you can probably figure it out.

I also max Turret for damage. you can plant it a fair distance away which can give you an option to attack into rooms or areas you can't quickly reach. Flamethrower does cause some panic, especially with Cerberus, and is always a useful distraction to take the pressure off while you deal with a crowd.

Hex shield is for emergencies only, say if a ravager gets the drop on you when you are nowhere near cover - or to block incoming fire while doing objectives or reviving squadmates.

Don't melee for the sake of it. You can kill anything with melee but if your shields are full you might be quicker using it to incapacitate them for a few seconds then backup & let them have it with SP.

A weapon that doesn't use thermal clips frees you up from worrying about how far you are from the ammo crate. I tried the PPR but find the Lancer works better for me. If you are using the weapon to fill in the few seconds while SP recharges you will never get to the reload animation.

As for consumables I usually start with the aptly named Juggernaut Shield which I find is enough of a boost, so I do use Adrenaline Module. How much difference it makes I can't say, my Juggy didn't come equipped with a speedometer.

Just a few thoughts...

I like him.

Not sure what to say if you find his speed unbearable. I mean, you could try out some new builds, but he'll still be slow as hell.

Anyway, I like to use him as a support Siege Pulse battery. Defend my teammates with smart Hex Shield and Turret placement, while fending off the little guys with Siege Pulse charges and locking down dangers like Phantoms and Hunters. I treat Siege Pulse as a secondary weapon, but I also ignored his passives. I make it work.

Sounds like this guy's just not for you. And that's cool, too.

Low character DPS is fixed with Reegar.
Boom, unsynkillable, crazy health shield, high DPS character that fares well on the smaller maps.

Bigger maps use crusader or PPR.
