The best thing any of you that are dissatisfied with Bioware's lack of service can do is to file a complaint with the better business bureau, since you can't get a refund on the game. It's very quick and easy, and it really does have an effect on a company. When I used to play World of Warcraft, the server I played on had massive issues for months and months and Blizzard wouldn't so much as even acknowledge that there was a problem. Then, I filed a report with the BBB. Blizzard then responded to me by mail offering me free play time as compensation for the server issues. Seriously - file a report if you really feel that Bioware isn't dealing with their issues (which it appears as though they are not).

well, i have a problem about dlc's...

it seems like downloading correctly but after some moment in the extracting, it gives a stupid error (Install Failed)

can somebody help ?

Everything was working fine then I loaded the 1.01 patch, now the launch window comes up but nothing happens when I click play. Any advice? I am running Vista Home Prem 32

Thankz Chris but we need a patch for the money glitch on the 360 version cuz it has corrupted ppls save files, I didn't use the glitch but there are others like how sometimes during cut sceens the characters mouths will be moving when they are talking but no sound comes out.

for those who can't get the game to start, try running the game in windowed mode first. i did this by going to configure from the launcher and unchecking fullscreen in the video section. game works fine every time i do this and once it starts i can press alt-enter to make it run in fullscreen.

Guys I have a really bad problem...



When I was leaving lothering I killed the bandits/dark spawn, clicked on bodhan the trader and his "simple" friend but nothing happened, of course I thought nothing of it I thought it was just part of the game, I left and did some missions, but when I had enough str to wear the blood dragon armour and wanted the rest of the set, I couldn't puzzle out why on earth this "Bodhan" wasn't in my party camp, then I realized its because the cut scene didn't happen and I have lost all chances of going back to lothering, is there anywhere else where he might be? This is pretty silly... It should of happened but didnt, I pre-ordered for nothing? I have googled for hours, and searched everywhere in game like the main city and the dwarfen city hoping to find them, but nothing, its really dragging on using my dragonage time trying to find this guy.



Lol, I don't really won't to start again as I have college and a job, so finding time for my favourite game is hard, could someone please help? I would deeply appreciate it.

I've been playing the game for a few days now and only now run into a problem. I loaded a save and I cant get my party to do anything in combat. Whenever we engage an enemy they just stand there and get killed, The character I'm controlling cannot use any abilities and as soon as I select another character the one I was playing stands there like the rest of the party. Another weird thing is when I try to drag a box over the party to select them all it selects my main character and does not select the party. Could I have changed something in the controls in the editor that would be effecting my game?

hello i have a question about screen resolutions.  i have a monitor that displays 1920x1200 pixles.  however, in the dragon age config, the maximum it allows me is 1440x900.  is there any way of displaying the game in full 1200p or am i stuck at 900p in windowed mode?

I don't know if it's been answered (as I can't work out the search function on this forum) but I'm getting weird colors throughout the game to the point of unplayability. I use it on PC and I have a fully-updated Radeon 2600 card. Is there any solutions for this yet?

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!
I installed dragon age and then i find out my graphics card needed to be replaced, so i did.  It still was lagging during gameplay so i INSTALLED THE PATCH that everyone was talking about that would help with the lagg.  well now after the patch installed & a restart later the GAME WILL NOT PLAY.  WHAT IS GOING ON?!!!  It's like an on going Vendetta with this game for me.  SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!  I cant even enjoy playing this much longer.

Try pressing H to get out of the Hold mode?

I figure here is as good a place as any to post that Warden's Keep has a bug in that Levi wont display wares when asked.  He says he's going to, but the game drops back out of dialog and into regular mode without ever going to the merchant inventory window.

Hi all,

Have purchased the PC Collectors Edition, patched to 1.0.1a, and have updated C++. But when I go into the console and as soon as I type the first character I get four lines of garbage accross the screen at the top and the game basically freezes. Is this supposed to be a working console.

I have purchased the pc collectors edition, game plays fine but i can't get any of the extra stuff like the blood dragon armor & the rest. I've used the codes & it says i have it but when i check on the games download section all three sections there are blank is there some way to fix this?

resulta que me queria llevar el ordenador a la nueva casa para hechar unas partidas al dragon age pero alli no tengo internet,con lo que ayer probando me di cuenta que sin internet los dos contenidos descargables no me aparecen como activados,osea que necesito estar conectado para porder jugarlos.



alguien sabe si se puede solucionar de alguna manera?

Hello, first that at all pardon, but not English, will try to explain to me the better thing that could.



It turns out that queria the computer takes to the new house for hechar a few items(games) to the dragoon age but there I do not have my Internet, with what yesterday trying I realized that without Internet both contents descargables me do not turn out to be like activated, bony that I need to be connected for porder to play them.



Does someone know if it is possible to solve somehow?

online profile shows that i redeemed the key correctly but i dont get the content in the game, nor is patching it to 1.01 (executing the updater as admin didnt help)
