This is the support forum, well support....my system keeps on crashing with this game and this game only. There are many complaints and what has happened so far? A patch that needed a fix to start. This is getting ridiculous, this is no way support by any means! i am very disappointed by Bioware / EA for the 'support' to this game. It frustrates me and makes me angry, JUST FIX this bloody problem!

doing a force load gives some items, but not all. it allso removes all the blood dragon i've bought with all my cash....

same problem here and now it said the code is invaled !
i am using my EU account with a US game i know that is the problem but i buy new copy of the game and i have the right to play the DLC in my EU account !!
and for armor ? DLC how i download it? every time i type the site it retain me to the bioware home bage where i have to put this code?

My Blood Dragon Armor has a problem with the Plate Part. The Textures are messed up! Can anyone plz help?

There seems to be a surrond sound problem on Ps3.I get a pop or a turn off and on of all sounds.It was a know bug in a other game that they patched

I have my game set at 1920 x 1080 which is the highest I've seen in the game setup.   But there's not too much difference between that and 1900 x 1200

i dont have that option either.  like i said, the highest it lets me choose is 1440x900.  well except 1600x1200, but thats a 4:3 ratio which drasticly stretches the image on my monitor. 

does anybody know why its giving me limited options? 

it's supposed to detect supported options... what graphics card do you have?

in the game config menu, when i go down to the system information, it shows that my monitor is running in full resolution.  it simply does not have an option for it in the dragon age video settings. 

you might try forcing the resolution in the .ini file...

will not let me redeem my code for blood dragon armor or shale looked at the Show Detailed Instructions button and it didn't work after i tried both codes several times

I have that service issue where the updater won't start up so I can't get any of my DLC.



Can you guys give the buggers at EA who did the coding for the updater a swift kick in the behind? Everything that Bioware did works perfectly, but the one bit EA did is completely broken.

I have downloaded the game and the patch and can start up the game with no issue. i go to start charactwer and am able to pick my race.class and gender, but when i clikc NEXT it gives me an error and shuts down the game. I have updated all my drivers and checked everything. please help. thank you

PS: can make male characters. i think female files are messed up. going to clear computer of all files and return it to store for a new copy unless anyone has any suggestions?

@audie1 Try checking around down in the village, sometimes there is 1-2 left that is just waiting around close to the water.

 I have a BIG problem. I've played kinda far in the game. But now I'm stuck. I can't get any further, Why? Because when I try to load the next place (in a storyquest) it stucks. Not like, the game stops working. No, the music is playing, the thing is spinnig around. But nothing happens. No matter how long i wait. I let it sit for an hour. NOTHING. 

Does this mean I can't load that place and that I have to start over? 

If it does, I'm gonna be really mad!!!

The game was working fine yesterday and  now the CD is not detected anymore.

Thanks to this retarded protection system.

i tried this, and it... sort of worked.  but it caused some nasty frame rate issues, and objects ob the sides of the camera would dissapear before they left my line of sight, which appears to just mean that it believed i was still in a lower resolution, and objects disappear when they leave your line of sight to save memory so they would dissapear to early when i made the screen bigger.  strange but i hope that make sense.  i just dont know what to do.  this is not the first time i had this issue.  i never could get Mass Effect to run in 1920x1200 either.  i guess ill just have to let it go.

but i had downloaded all other items.



any ideal? as Stone DLC cost a great amount

So, how often does this "timing out" when trying to connect to the online storage occur? Since I'd rather not progress by attacking my opponent with fists while my characters are half naked. DLC shouldn't be the this hard to implement :x
