Just want to know if there's any way to remove the old bone piles on the ground after looting them? Bann Teagan is standing on a pile of bones from a dead enemy and whenever I talk to him he clips up and down in a very ridiculous manner. I was hoping they would disappear or that I could leave the room and come back and they'd be gone, but they just stay. Is there a way to disable them through console or options? It's not a game-breaking issue, but it's fairly annoying.

Did you answer anywhere what BRAND of power supply you have?  It is very important, with a video card that draws the kind of power that yours does.

There are about a dozen brands of PSUs that are dependable for quality.  I had six memorized at one time, but now I can only name five, sorry: Enermax, Fortron, OCZ, PC Power & Cooling, and Sparkle (which is another Fortron brand).  .  

There's no way that I can connect your problems with any requirement to reinstall Windows, only with power problems.

Not sure if your error message and your screen going blank is related, but with:

The Error message looks like this:"Could not load file or assembly 'CLI.Implementation, Version=2.0.3595.17816, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

The popular solution on the net is to install the latest MS .NET framework. Think the latest version is 3.5, and can be found on microsoft's site. Hope this helps.

 Sorry to post this here, I may be in the wrong place for this - I hope not - but I'm having problems seeing my Blood Dragon armour... I have the Collector's Edition and entered all the codes in into the site. Everything worked: I brought Shale along when I recaptured the Warden base, and yet I don't see any Blood Dragon armor in my backpack. (I am a Dwarf Noble.) I have tried disabling the "Collector's Edition" DLC, loading, saving, and re-enabling it (I got back my Tome of the North that way, but no BDA). I've even tried re-entering the code into the BioWare web site, thinking maybe I had skipped over it and entered only the other codes... but to no avail.

On http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php I see "The Edge, Warden's Keep, The Stone Prisoner, Collector's Edition, Amulet of the War Mage, Embri's Many Pockets, The Lucky Stone, and UNRECOGNIZED ITEM". Is this my Blood Dragon Armour? How can I fix this???? Can someone please help?

My BDA code came in a little "card" -- they all did. From the card that says "TO OBTAIN YOUR BLOOD DRAGON ARMOUR" "For Dragon Age Origins"/"For Mass Effect 2". When I try to enter this code into http://social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php I get the following error: "Unable to redeem code. 
That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again."
So I know I entered it in properly... but it never shows up on my DLC list in-game (if it's even supposed to, and not just considered a part of "Collector's Edition")

Trying to finish Warden's Keep..  Demon should start the engagement and have something to do.. game does nothing at this point, no brethren come to keep away from her.

If I exit and reenter the keep, it loops over and over with her doing the first introduction talk about the last encounter.

Help.

(quest log says I have finished clearing avernus' tower and should return for the reward, would like to have the storage etc. that comes with the premium content already paid for.)

Your character does not speak in conversations.  Every once in a while, while walking or fighting, the character might say something, but otherwise the character is mute.

I downloaded and fixed that problem, and my system is still rebooting. I not my system isn't overheating. Just downloaded the newest drivers for my graphics card. Swapped out my power supplies to see if maybe my old one was bad. I'm completely lost...

I want know how fix my problem with sometimes laggy after 10 minutes and mainly in combat mode, i have copy of this game, and 7 64 ultimate? Another games like Crysis or CoD 6 i play wihtout problems on high detail but only this dragon age have this **** problem.

Do you get a blue screen when your computer reboots?  If so, can you pause the screen and tell me the error message?

Recently, there was another, on another gaming forum unrelated to DA:O who had rebooting issues as well.  Was not the video card, nor the power supply.  As it turned out, it was a sound driver issue, and upgrading the drivers promptly solved the problem.  If you have not done so already, you should check to see if your sound is also up-to-date.  It may or may not fix the problem, but it is still something that may.

After I moved saves to another computer, I have problem with saves. I can't save the game normally, and autosave doesn't work. Any ideas how to fix it?

I'm not getting the blue screen, thank God. I can check my other drivers, I have checked a few and they all seem to be up to date.

Update:All of my drivers are up to date...

So your computer just shuts down? Another thing I would check is your connections to your wall. Try pulling the plug on all devices minus your computer and monitor and see if it changes anything. Its a blind shot but you never know...

Most of the game plays fine, incuding 95% of dialog but
I have dialog / cutscene lags too. the sound will play fine, but the video will crawl @<1fps
when
it happens for any character for a conversation, that conversation will
super lag no matter what choices I pick, companions, or how far back I
load the save from.
(and it only seems to happen for main quest stuff .... GRRRR)
The lag is so bad that a 3 line conversation can take over 10 minutes to end. (if it does at all)

my computer specs are good enough to keep an average 30+ fps on highest settings
vista SP1
all drivers, including bios are newest
the harddrive that has dragonage on it is defragged every other day

it happened at the landsmeet on my first playthru and was solved by uninstalling all weapon and equipment DLCs.
second time,@ redcliff...solved by disabling dialog sound and enabled subtitles.
third time, at redcliff again
installing patch 1.2 seemed to fix it for a few days
but it happened again @ the proving fight

Yes, your Radeon X1600 should be able to run this game.  Here is the posted mac system requirements under the bioware website:

Mac OS X 10.6.2 Leopard or higher
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
2 GB RAM
ATI X1600 or NVIDIA 7300 or greater
At least 17 GB of hard drive space for installation
This game will not run on PowerPC (G3/G4/G5)-based Mac systems, or Intel GMA class of video cards.

Ensure that your macbook meets all the other requirements. 

As to your latter question, I do not believe you can upgrade graphics on a macbook pro.  Also, I am not sure how the graphics will look, but if your macbook exceeds the requirements, it should be very playable.

Can anyone explain to me what that error 29 is that i keep getting when i try to update? I enabled a few DLCs from my special limited edition (one of them did not even work!) but have no mods installed otherwise that i'd know of.



The config util reports the following versions (though i read the patch should be fine for all versions) :

DAOrigins.exe: 1.00

DAOriginsLauncher.exe: 1.01

DAOriginsConfig.exe: 1.03

Uninstall Dragon Age.exe: 1.03



Can someone please help me? I really want this patch, since I sincerely hope this thing ends the issue of the game shutting down my network devices.



I really, really enjoyed my 1.5 playthroughs of the game so far, but these things spoil the fun thoroughly.

I'm pretty sure it's not the wall. Because I've noticed when the screen goes black I get a message on the screen sometimes, "Input Device Not Supported" I don't understand it, I've made it just past Ostagar, and I can't get any further with a restart... I don't understand. Some campains I can't even do.

I have a major problem here, and from looking around on the internet it seems like quite a few others have had the same problem. When i put the disc in to install, i get around 90% complete, usually at the installation of campaign or single player movies files, and then it says "installation failed, a file could not be found or the disc was removed."

That will all be under your Control Panel in "Remove Programs" or some version of that depending on your version of Windows, if you are running a Mac... I have no idea.

Is that the one i need to remove? And after that i go to microsoft.com and download what you said?



What about the motherboard updates and chipset drivers? What is that?
