After uninstalling/reinstalling the game( and then updated to 1.02), none of the DLC seems to work(Blood Dragon Armour, Stone Prisoner & Warden's Keep). They were downloaded automatically but install always fails. Req. game version is highlighted in red(v1.0) - though it makes no sense as I've seen people having no problems after applying the patch.
Paying with PayPal for additional content = 60 seconds
Getting them to work correctly = 3 days and counting
Thanks, BioWare, for the service. Can you refund BioWare points?
Same issue here with me. After 1.02 patch, downloads won't work on every pc user account who wants to play the game. I thought this patch fixed this issue. I guess not.
Greetings all.
I am having the same problem it seems.
I have registered both promo's, 'Shale' and 'Blood Dragon armor' as well as my game, The only thing showing is Warden's Keep and The Stone Prisoner.
I purchased Warden's Keep which has spent 20 mins thus far at '0%' ZERO percent downloaded.
Nothing in the "Download" area seems to work at all.... I am annoyed and before you ask Yes, I am logged in.
Any help available on this issue???
Time is money and I've already spent mine.
p.s. HALP!!!

Its a glitch. Your supposed to use a certain shape to get inside the spirit door, though its possible to get into one without that shape. You just have to keep clicking around the door to get through again.

Did you apply one of the texture packs created by a modder recently? I seem to remember seeing those lines happening after the texture resolutions were fiddled with.
I've downloaded patches, but no mods for my game so far, so no. This was a problem I had even though I bought this game on a disc right from the start, so I wasn't sure what the issue was.

All was working fine till the 16th then it stop fully updating. Say my last update was the 16th and that I am level 11. But it is adding in my achievements well some of them. It has added in dragon slayer which I got 3 days ago, I just seen on my profile. If I go to online profile from in the game it open the webpage and says it cannot find profile for ~@:$ A lot of the time if I then hit the link it give me I go to my profile??? If I then hit profile diagnostics I get cannot access the update server or it does go to my profiles say XML and so are all ok green tick then error code 1005.
I think that Bioware just did not understand the number of save game file player would be using and so the server just cannot get up. It would not hurt to just have one update a day. Which is better than nothing.
I also had the save game bug and lot about 6 hour of play. I have delete out of the game a number of save game files has any one ells no this?
Also I have had a look with the tools kit at the save game files I cannot help but notes that the date my profile stop full up date was the day I first used it?
Anyone ells see this as well as me?

I got mine working. Everything downloaded and installed correctly with no events.
I reinstalled DG with no patches then logged back in then *POOF* it automatically began downloading all appropriate game goodies with no issues. YAY!
I'll give it a play and watch for things that might pop up and need the patches.

Intel does not manufacture any video "Cards", which by definition are entirely separate circuit boards that plug into the mainboard. They did try making one about a dozen years ago, and failed miserably, same as now, with their purely awful onboard video chips, that aren't worth spit for game purposes.Dagmah wrote...
hey i was wondering if anyone can help me, when i click play to get on dragon age origins it says " failed to detect a supported video card "

The game's requirements are clearly printed on the game's box, and if you didn't understand those, there are a hundred thousand pages of information on the Internet to explain it all in detail.

If you want to continue using it, then it's past time. Power supplies degrade over time, and games' demands on the PC hardware ratchets upward. Take a chance if you want, but some PSU failures are spectacular, and destroy the rest of the system when they blow up.keenan1992 wrote...
why do i need another power supply unit ive played lots of games on this computer

Also you need at lest a 550W PSU yes I know NVIDIA say it 400W but come on 400W is far to low after you add the CUP and so on.
I hope you do the normal of updating all the Pc drivers as well.
As for why it only this game I guess it a game that is maxing out the video card and it just falling over. As that the lowest spec you said you got. This game need a well meaty card to run well.
