Loghain Health stuck in Landsmeet.

pls help me guys im now on landsmeet. and when the time loghain and my charac. take 1 on 1 loghain health is empty and stuck and when i attack always zero. same with me. when loghain attack my charac. there is no damage,. all my attributes is high. plss help me i think this is a bug.

My Dragon Age was working just fine with a few minor bugs that I wasn't bothered by UNTIL

I downloaded the patch 1.02a and now on my third game,

after defeating the Ogre at Ostagar and talking to Morrigan,

the CG immediately goes to Flemeth being annoyed by me hanging around and Alistair still wants to light the beacon! I can't see Morrigan and the only place left to go after the hut is the camp!

I've tried replaying over the same scene and reloading and even playing from an earlier portion of the game but it just keeps happening. Can someone help me please?

I'm a bit of a newbie and need some help. 

After successfully installing DA:O from the original disc & successfully installing the 1.02a patch which I downloaded from BioWare through the links at Game Copy World and was supposed allow no cd play among other things, I continue to get the error message, "Could not find the Dragon Age disc.  Please Insert the disc and try again." 
 
Have I missed something or done something incorrectly? I've even tried creating an ISO file & running it on a virtual drive with Daemon Tools in the hope that would bypass the no disc problem, but that hasn't worked either. I really don't know what to do to make things work since my G/F and I both want to play DA:O on our laptops. I could really use some helpful advice about how to resolve this irritating problem. 

As far as hardware goes, I'm using an Alienware M9700 laptop that's set up for gaming, and I don't seem to have any game play problems with the original disc, but that may change as I begin playing more and more.

If I have done anything improper or out of line, I stand duly chastised.  However if someone here can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful for your assistance.

Playing DA:O while bypassing the DVD is against the ELUA. The software you installed is by definition a game crack/work-around. The best advice is to uninstall the game then reinstall using the original DVD that you purchased. Do not try to create an ISO or run the game with a game crack. The game was designed to run on ONE computer only and from the statements you've made you're breaking the law.

i need some help with getting my downlaodable content, i purchased the deluxe version and the games plays fine, but i can never log in, i wet to my fire wall and it says its alowing it but i still cant log in, i dont have this problem with any other steam online purchased game

  I'm having some serious glitches that just came out of no where. Been playing the game for about 80 hours now and I'm in the forest section where the crazy hermit mage is and all.
Anyway the glitches are as follows :

• During custcenes some charachters don't properly walk they just slide or hover kinda
• When you kill an enemy they don't fall to the ground and decompose they just stay stationary as if alive. (When you click to loot their supposed corpse THEN the body goes from stationary to corpse such as a skeleton)
• Another glitch that is pissing me off is that enemies that normally rely on melee attacks won't attack you or cause physical harm.
• Lastly in dungeons when you click a door it won't open like you would normally open a door and wait for the animation of a door opening. Instead after clicking doors it just turns kinda transparent.
• When you close an open door , you can not select the door again (even though you should be able to open it)

Can anyone explain wtf happened to the game ? After playing for a long time this seems idiotic to just cause problems now.

My comp specs are as follows

1.8 ghz dual core 2
4gb ram
256mb Nvidia 8400M GT
windows 7 - 64 bit edition

Yes I have tried loading earlier saves , tried restarting game , tried playing game in vista mode and xp mode for compaitbility , and yes i also tried to apply the latest patch nothing seems to help. Any ideas ?

I don't think that would be considered a "Game" problem, so go here, then wait because it's athree day weekend; they took today off as a holiday up there.

I didn't know where else to post this, so I'll post it here.



I noticed a typo in one of the loading screens. I don't know the entire text, but it dealt with "Andrastes Ashes have..." healed Eamon, blah blah, and how you need to continue raising the army. "However, her forces..." Wait, what? Maybe I didn't read the passage correctly, but I think it references Eamon as a "her" in there. It seems like someone made a booboo.

Ok,

Game played fine up to the scene where duncan was killed and I wake up in the wildwitchs house, but now I can not see any of my dialog choices.  I reran that fight sveral time and still no luck.  then made a new character with a diffrent path but that character dialog choices are also off the bottom of the screen.  If I hit the number buttons it will take the dialog but I have no idea what my character is saying.  I am using the latest 1.02a patch.

Ok to all of us that are running the game with bugs try a few things first.



1. if you not running XP run the games as an administrator.

2. run the game XP SP 3 compatibility mode.

3. if you got any of the add on installed uninstall them and try with them. Warned keep is very bugged.

4. If you get any error message post them so we can see then and try and help you.

Someone I need HELP!!!

My computer is puttin out sound, for MSN, Windows Media Player, and The Start Up Music for Dragon Age: Origins. After the title page, before the games actually loads up, the sound just doesn't play through, it used to, now it just wont do it.

Anything someone can inform me on, to fix this ****** off of a problem?

Dragon Blood armour disappeared right off the back of Sten in Haven, and is nowhere to be found in the inventory or anywhere else. The DLC is still reported as active.

I have a new computer with windows xp and a radeon mobility 9000 video card/driver the game requires a radeon 850 so i download the game and everything works right up to when i hit play it says it cant detect a supported video card I have tried changing the driver a million times and my card is on the board this game was my christmas present and ive really wanted it the entire time now i have it and i cant play it!:(all i can do is look i am really geting pissed and sad.....i have tried what i can think of if i were to have the money i would even be willing to buy a brand new computer please help. I dont have the chance to get online here much and may miss any helpfull post so if you can please send me a message or to my email

It may not be an error or mor of a tiem thing i think u may only send gifts every day or somthing if u did not try wating then u should.

If starting a new character and reinstalling the game did not help, then it's certainly not a time issue.

No one is likely to understand why you are complaining about the game not recognizing an ancient six year old laptop video card.  This is a modern game that came out two months ago, not six years ago.  The Xn00s are only five years old, and only partly supported (small  textures only for the X700 - X800 - X850).  Almost certainly, if the video in that laptop is so far behind the current standards, so are the CPU, display, and the RAM. 

Windows XP Minimum Specifications
OS: Windows XP with SP3
CPU: Intel Core 2 Single (or equivalent) running at 1.6Ghz or greater
AMD 64 (or equivalent) running at 2.0Ghz or greater
RAM: 1 GB or more
Video: ATI Radeon X850 256MB or greater (either this is wrong)
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT 128MB or greater (or this one is wrong)
DVD ROM (Physical copy)
20 GB HD space

(Note: IMO, the two cards above should be the Radeon X800 Pro, and the Geforce 6800 Vanilla)

Nevermind >,<. It seems that the server is really slow at validating ownership. Now I have 1600 points awaiting future DLC.
