Hello could you please assist me I have purchased Wardens Keep and others yesterday, and now it says I have to authorise them before I can continue, I have tried to come to a conclusion myself but alas all I have ended up doing is visiting several different sights with no end result. I also have error code 1005 when I have checked.Please help

Please read both the very first message (Chris Priestley's) in this thread, and the sub-heading description. We in here are other gamers only, and you are asking about a web site problem, not a game problem. There is a separate Help Forum for web site problems (the DLC distribution is a web site problem), and in there sometimes, there is an actual visit from real Bioware employees!

i have the computer version of the game.  not the mac version.  and i cant get the "Return to Ostagre"  down load how do i get it?

Wait until it is actually available, whenever that turns out to be.  There's been an unfortunate delay, that hasn't quite trickled all of the way through all of the various places that the previous "Holiday Season" and / or January 5th references still exist in. 

P. S.  Apple sells a PC just like any other PC, Intel CPU, X86 microcode, etc.  It's as much of a computer as any WinTel box is, with the very serious problem of always being vastly below the equivalent VALUE of a WinTel box, due to its generally exorbitant pricing.

Many DLC problems can be resolved by making sure that the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater Service is running. This will often fix issues with Unauthorized DLC, DLC not downloading, and content not appearing for purchase (or content appearing for purchase that is already purchased.)



To manually start the service,

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START

Is there an actual fix for the way the game renders your router useless?



I've blocked the DA:O Updated. Uninstalled the game. Blocked the updater with firewall since it's still on my PC even after I uninstalled. Stopped the updated through services.msc... Reset my router. Power cycled my modem.. and I'm still get these problems.



Is there any word on this at all?

The customer support of dragon age not do anything here! I want the product that belong to me conform inform in this packing of the Collector's Edition of the game Dragon Age.



If I not get what is my in rights, these week I will enter against the company in Brazilian justice about false treatment with customers and mainly EA representative in Brazil!



I have 28 years old and I am Manager of 3 industries here, and for me will be easy put this company in the right place in our country.



FOR YOU KNOW: LOSSES, DAMAGES MORAIS, false advertising IN OUR COUNTRY IS CRIME.



The EA informed that the Collector's Edition the game Dragon Age, we have the rights to obtain the Blood Dragon Armor, but the code is in use in the game that I purchased, so, EA cheat me in the sale with products sealed, where I purchased used content as new! I will give this information for the authorities in my country for preserve my rights conform the law and code that treat our rights!



Also, I know that there in USA justice is the same crime with indemnity!

I have the same problem as Tralaa... I loaded the game up (character with 85 hours of game play...)
and now there is nothing. I look in the document/bioware/dragonage/ and there is no character folder?!?

What happened to my game? I have the DLC still listed, but not installed. All my profile achievements are still listed but I have no save game files??

If its a glitch fine, nothing can be done, but can we know?

Just installed, try running, config program comes up then crashes.... can't seem to find any answers to this I'm running win 7, 8GB RAM, 400 GB free on HDD. Seems like a worthless game and a waste of time if and money as i can't make use of it.



Any help would be appreciated.... long time BioWare / EA player but this is crazy.

Bought the game about 10 days ago still can't play installed/uninstalled about 10 times, keep getting misconfiguration error, updated drivers, forceware for my Nvidia system even tried not installing patch 1.02, but to no avail. help please.

I bought the Collector's Edition in Australia and there were three discs inside, two game discs and i bonus disc. I used Game disc 1 to load the game on my PC and expected to be asked to load the second disc either at the beginning after loading Disc 1 or during the Game. Neither cases ahve happened and when I put the disc in my system, I get a message saying the disc is not authenticated and that's all. What's happening does anyone know?

The unidentified DVD is languages; I believe that the UK version has European languages included, but when you select English, it is never used.
