Hello, I have a problem with my login sesion in game.
I uninstalled the game completely and I reinstalled.
I have also installed the expansion of the "awakening" and the patches 1.3 and 1.4 needed to run.
When I start the game and try to login with my bioware account, I can not. A message appears saying: "At this moment do not have internet access, try again when available", but yes, I have internet connection as you can see, my user and pass are perfectly because loginscreen via web without problems.
I tested and reviewed the firewall and antivirus and still gives the same problem of connection.
I've not played for a while and now suddenly this happens.
Also say that I have opened ports 8000 and 8001 TDP / UDP as shown the manual.
I do not know what to do, I need a solution. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
Ok, i have a solution!!
for OS windows 7 64bits.
* From Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools -> and you will find our services.
(or Start-> Run-> type "services.msc" -> OK)
* You set yourselves above the icon and right click.
* You select Run as administrator.
* Opens a new window.
* Searching the service that says "Dragon Age: Origins - Program update content" and right click and You select Start.
Now you enter the game and I Login and you should not have problems.
I believe that this service does is communicate with the EA servers to validate that you've bought things.
I hope to help someone who has had the same problem as me.
Good luck, bye bye

Your video graphics card is borderline minimum, and needs all the help it can get. You need to be offline, running no AV or firewall, and just plain as little other stuff as you possibly can. Asus products often come with several special programs that are incompatible with many games. There's a "Doctor" something, and "Gamer OSD". and that latter one can't even be installed -- it need to be GONE, uninstalled completely.adarkjustice wrote...
Hi to all! I'm having a lot of crashes or the game stops working it says program stopped working it gives options to look in the internet for solution and to close program, I hit look for solutions starts to think then shuts down completely. I have the Ultimate Edition of Dragonage. Is this common? I think this is the latest version of game??? I have a ASUS X72D laptop with a AMD Phenom 2 3cores N830 2.1G/ Ati Mobility Radeon HD5470 VRAM 1GB/ Windows 7 64, all updated to latest driver, the laptop and software. Any ideas please, CAN'T PLAY GAME IS FRUSTRATING!!! It plays for a while then goes sometimes minute, hours, or just less than one minute!! Thanks for any help.

(T)here is no hardware reason for it, but a couple of places in the game benefit from temporarily reducing the demands on the hardware. The easiest, and most effective change is to drop the screen resolution to a low number until you finish the parts that drag this way. (Sorry about the opening capital being omitted at first.)Ryzaki wrote...
Hey Gorath is there any reason my game randomly freezes my whole computer when I have FB on in the Deep Roads during the Paragon of Her Kind Quest? This only happens in the room with all those undead/skeletons.
Asus GJH
Intel i7 Q 740 1.7GHZ
ATI Mobility Radeon 5870 Graphics
6GB RAM
Windows 7 64bit Home Premium
Everything else works perfectly on all high except the deep roads.
