You are in THE WRONG THREAD. The subject matter is the support system itself, not any individual game problems. I've been telling Raen to lock this thing down to end all these wasted time / space comments in this thread. I assume he just hasn't had the time.

Contact help at EA and they can assist you in getting all items restored. It could be the email account you originally established your account with or it could be the Ultimate Edition problem again check the help website or DLC authorization thread as above and it should fix the problem.

That is all most impossible to do for the CD, but try anyway if you have the receipt from the store contact EA support and see if they will help. They have the ability to look up your old code on the system. If the game is still installed, go get a free key scan from the CNET site or another do a search for keys on you system and retrieve it. Other than that hard to do.

oh and if registered the game on an EA site just look at your registered games and the key should be there in you account area.

I too have the unfortunate DLC incident. I paid for an expired Promo code and I'd like to ask someone from Bioware or EA to activate it please. If anyone could link me to proper EA tech support, I'd be grateful. Also, the EA help center does not help at all. I find no fixes to this problem. If SOMEONE could just activate the code to my account, then that would be a fix in itself. I have the DLC, but the code is needed to authorize them. The fact that the code expired last year in June is not promising.. Thanks for your help in advance.

Why in the world would you say this?  The HELP CENTER is the appropriate place for getting this resolved.

1.  Click the "Bioware Game Support" link at the bottom-center of this page.

2.  Select "Talk to a game advisor / Level-up your experience".

3.  Log-in to your EA account.

4.  Select the product-line and specific game from the drop-downs.

5.  Select "Live Chat as your support channel.

I've got a problem with crashing in the magi tower. Im aware this is a problem a few people encounter. Some people suggest dropping a core, but i m kinda against doing that. Are there any fixes for this problem?

Just reinstalled the game, loaded my normal mods plus a storyline addon I hadn't tried yet, got everything installed went to play, got to CC and everything is washed out looking on the character. If I go to change eye colour, they stay flat brown, all makeup is in bright neons. It has a kind of...doughy type look to the characters. All my drivers are current & updated and my DirectX as well...any ideas?  Earlier this month when I was playing all was fine.....

I cannot figure out how to do crafts or skills in general. From what I can tell, there's something about a "radial" menu, but I have no clue how to pull that up. I'm sure I'm missing something supper obvious, but I just cannot figure this out.

Help?

You may discuss how the support system WORKS in this thread, or in the forum, how a hardware or software conflict interferes with the game's functioning, but you have no tech problem. You are off topic, and need the forums for how to play, although you are required to own the game and to include registration of it within your forum profile.

 So I've spent hours looking at the forums and through other websites to see if I could rectify this issue.   I know others have had similar if not the same problem - which is your character from DA Origins not showing up on your profile.  When I run the diagnostics on my profile, it tells me I have and Error 1000 going on.  I looked at this webpage to make sure I have everything as it should: http://social.biowar...1276265#PECY4-1

Everything is as it should be as far as I know.  I even had my boyfriend double check to make sure I'm not crazy.  I have just finished my Origins game with my character, as well as Awakening and the other side quests/games.  All of the achievements have uploaded onto my profile, but my single and only character has not.    My EA profile information (username password etc) is all in sync with the information used for the Dragon Age servers.  

At the end of the blurb that I posted in the link above, it states " If nothing seems to work, consider uploading a character manually from the Character Creator -- this way nothing is left to chance. If this doesn't work either, nothing can be done at present."  Does this mean I would have to create a whole new character and just forget about the one I've spent so long working on?  

Another thing I tried to do just to see if it would work is upload a couple screenshots from my game.  It won't let me do that as it comes up with something along the lines of "Unable to access your profile storage, the account information provided may be incorrect" or something along those lines.  

I was really looking forward to playing DA 2 finally with the imported info from my prior games and had Origins set up exactly the way I wanted to.  So I'm really bummed.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Just to clarify-- Dragon Age 2 does *NOT* utilize the social network to import data from Dragon Age Origins.  It imports a saved game file of your choosing from DA:O, specificially from the folder My Documents > Bioware > Dragon Age > Characters > charactername

Ah, I see.  Sorry that must have seemed completely stupid before.  I just wanted to make sure I had the proper story line and everything so I could have that DA 2.  I was worried that it was necessary for my character to show up for that.  Thank you for your help!

достижения, но не статистика, и персонажи, также не отображаются.
А в игре вместо скриншотов пустые квадраты, хотя, они есть в папке "Мои документы".
Кроме того, не могу активировать задание "Предел стражи".
Если у кого-нибудь есть какие-либо идеи - поделитесь
