Leliana, 100+ yet "Freindly," Do I have to restart?

I'm just going to list what I have done.
I HAVE given her Andraste's Grace and the Nug, and the Shoes.
I HAVE gotten her quest, AGES ago. Completed, talked to her. don't recall specific answer I gave
I HAVE gotten her to sing.
I HAVE NOT gotten any kiss option or relationship option.
I HAVE completed all the treaties and I am right before talking to the Arl about going to Denerim.
I HAVE her approval 100, yet she is freindly. I pretty sure I have talked about everything.
I KNOW how to manipulate the Command Console, but I do not know specifically what to do in this sitution.
I would like to know, strait up.
Am I going to have to go back a 30 hours of save to get her romance option?

1) At the start, asking about forbidden fruit.
2) After her major quest, asking to be as special to her as marj was.
3) When asking what she will do after this is over, saying you'd love to go with her.
If you're a female character, the options in the hair conversation point her forward in the female relationship.
More likely than not, you're stuck in the friend zone with her, due to some of the chosen responses :\\

If you chose the wrong options for Leliana, you shut down her romance option. There are two places to effectively flip it on (well, three, come to think of it).

3) When asking what she will do after this is over, saying you'd love to go with her.

Now that is interesting, because I'm sure I said I'd love to go with her.

As did I. It's apparently not enough — not on its own, at least.SharpEdgeSoda wrote...

Wikia link to how to use the console
a simple runscript zz_app_debug will then let you set the romance flag.

So, I don't get the romance option...becuase I acted like a gentleman didn't want to comment on a former chantry member's fruit.
I'm sorry, but while it may not technically be a bug, that is some class A bull.

Which, from a female's perspective, is hilarious. I'm pretty sure a guy wrote that dialogue if commenting on each other's hair is considered flirting.
Poor Sarielle was very confused when her good friend Leliana suddenly had the wrong idea after that.

Leliana is currently at 100 approval (Adore), and I'm not getting the conversation where she tells me how Marjolaine betrayed her. Neither do I get the random encounter where an assassin tries to kill her. Perhaps I raised her approval too high too fast that the game skipped her major quest?
That's exactly what happened to me on my latest character. It was caused by raising the approval too fast past the appropriate flag.
So I used console commands to reset approval to 0 and slowly worked myself back up using conversations and adding a few approval points with the console for the gifts I had already used.

It specifically says it fixes a bug concerning Leliana...it's not your problem specifically, but it might be related?

Sarielle, there are a few things with Leliana where I too thought a man must have written the dialogues. Lines like "Leilianna go be neurotic someplace else" just sound like someone had a very bad relationship in real life - it sure reminded me of some of my experiences.
Apparently though this part was the work of a woman writer

Sometimes if you raise her approval too high by giving her gifts and such it might skip some dailogue so you have to get her approval down somehow for it show up.. It`s happened to me before.

Well apparently my female friends and I have been flirting with each other since around the 8th or 9th grade grade (I was a tomboy, didn't care about hair for a long time xD)
I mean...my college roommate and I both had very long hair and would used to flat-iron each other's hair since it was faster than doing it ourself, lol. That's gotta be like propositioning each other, right?

You can skip this conversation accidentally very easy. It's just triggered when your approval level is "warm". I had this issue just today. So I changed a little bit in the Leliana conversation via DA Toolset so you get this option when you're at approval level "adore". I can upload it somewhere if needed.
edit:
this mod should fix this issue too:

I know how you feel. According to the Greagoir - Irving gay relationship thread, I have homoerotic feelings for most of my friends
At least now I know why I always fail at relationships

Leliana is quite possibly the most frustrating part of the game for me.

You don't have to choose the "forbidden fruit" option to open her romance; I never do, because it's not in character for my mage to do so. If you don't do that though, you do have to lightly flirt with her - the other way to handle the first opportunity to turn her romance on is to call her beautiful and claim the other cloistered sisters couldn't have been as lovely as her.
As already mentioned though - since you have the PC version, just use the console to ativate her romance flag. You might also want to use it to lower her approval temporarily in case you can't see her earlier romance conversations.

Leliana's scripts and flags are strange. I haven't patched yet and this last playthrough I talked about fruit, hair, and how bards are spies or somesuch. Most of the game I kept her under 50 loyalty but no ambush ever showed up. I think it might be because I was actively romancing Alistair at the time. In any case, I did everything up to where I need to go to redcliffe to have eamon call the landsmeet, then got Leliana's loyalty way, told her I'd dump Alistair, and proceeded to sleep with her. STILL no ambush.
Leliana is quite possibly the most frustrating part of the game for me.
She has to be in the party for the ambush to happen. It should happen after she admits that she lied to you about why she left Orlais.

But yeah if complementing on an other girl's hair is a come on then I am quite the ladies woman xD but I don't think that was the point of her compliments ... or maybe it was... she is a bit weird... and the first thing Marjoline says to Leliana was something about how she made her hair boyish. Maybe it's an Orlesian thing? xD

Hey wait if I remember correctly... you have to show interest as a girl for Leliana otherwise she just leaves you alone. She complements on your hair and then they start talking about shoes and then theres an option where the female warden can ask Leliana if she "enjoys the company of woman" and she'll say yes and they you reply about acting coy or some nonsense. The warden has to make the first move.
I definitely didn't make the first move on Sarielle. Definitely didn't ask about "enjoying the company of a woman" or whatever. I even went so far early on as to be all "you're a great friend Leliana" etc.
Which is why I was all "wait wut?"

Yeah, I play Sarielle as being extremely diplomatic so I didn't come right out and say "You have the wrong idea"over the "You're a treasured friend" (she was trying to avoid awkwardness) but she didn't even make the first move on the character she DID sleep with eventually, lol.
I have been told her romance is a little buggy, particularly on the female end.
