N7 HQ " you do not meet requirements. "

 I just finally got a challenge done and unlocked a banner that i want to put on, but whenever i go to the website to login its all fine it displays ok, but when i sign in on my account is says i dont meet the requirements even though the firs time i logged in which was about a month ago it was fine and i was able to check my challenges but now i cant. It's really starting to ****** me off.   *Note that i am using an ipad and have used practically every browser i could download.
