Think of it this way - what reason would Bioware have for never releasing the special armors? You can only preorder the game before it comes out. They already made the armors, so it's not like there's any real effort involved with releasing them later on.

Think of it whatever way you like you won't EVER see the preorder armors as DLC.....same as you will never see the DAO items as DLC....the sooner you learn to accept that little fact the better off you'll be.

And SC IV's difference was NOT based on who you order "from" but what platform you buy for....this guarantees that 99.99% of the gamers(ie those who only buy for one platform) will NOT have the character that will be released as DLC for them. Different set-up.

Also, 90% of the DAO pre-order DLC sucked, and could just be replicated in the toolset, so to be honest, not getting is not that big of a deal to me.

I'd say that Blood Dragon fits better for sentinels: adepts don't benift the  +10% shield boost, since they have biotic barrier

True.

Plus it has a bonus of 10% to "Power" recharge time.....that means ANY power of ANY class.....but classes that don't use shields(such as adepts) won't get the most benefit from this armor.

It will set a precedent like everything before....the next time they release a game with 4 different amazing preorder bonuses you'll KNOW that if you don't get them all at release you'll never have them. It's a business practice with a psychological aspect......you'll expect what you're used to and they'll get you used to what's good for them.

I never heard of a 10% power recharge time, you sure about this?

Regards Pre-Order Bonus Weapons/Armor being available (at some point) as purchasable DLC, uncertain.

But it is certainly suggestive that several lines of Speculation were conclusively denied by Developers.

What is strange is the lack of Denial or Confirmation by Developers about this particular Speculation.

Would I purchase a DLC for Terminus Armor/Blackstorm Weapon? Maybe.

They fixed it. Yesterday it said 10% power damage and didn't list the shield bonus. Mrs. Norman told us that there was an error that left out the shield bonus and probably had them fix the page.

If people really want the armours then they will sell them.  That's their job, to give people what they want to pay for.

You would be able to have both if you had preordered while the CE was still available. The exact SAME situation is in the US......everyone preodered CE from GameStop because they wanted both.....this caused GameStop to sell out of their CEs which put people into an either or situation.

I got mine set early on so I'm good to go.

Now we've extended the technology so you can get armor pieces and weapons through DLC packs or big retail size packs and we've got people in place working on that stuff. That's part of why we let you play past the credits which is a big feature we wanted to do in the first game.

I think people misinterpret this quote. I don't think we'll actually be getting any armor pieces and weapons as stand alone DLC. More likely, they'll follow the Dragon Age model where new armor and weapons are bunlded with new quests and you get the armor/weapons as you play the quest.

That untrue, Chris Priestly has on several times said if something comes with Terminus armor, it comes with the blackstorm gun, even if the site doesn't say it selling it doesn't say it.

Y'know after seeing the custom armour system I have to ask why anyone cares about missing out on a couple of armours a few thousand other people will have when you can make your own exactly the way you want it.

Yeah over here in England, GAME and 1 other site have exlustive for CE, but play.com had exlustive for terminus

While I have no proof you can get these DLC, the one thing I think as perhaps more convincing is DAO has no armors, weapons, or little trinkets listed on the main page everyone could not get, unlike Mass Effect 2 which has in the universe section all the DLC listed, minus the CE gun. Granted a big kink in my logic is the CE armor is listed, but who knows, it's all hearsay and voo doo at this point.
