I've played through DA2 on the 360 and have purchased all the DLC. However I recently got DA:O Ultimate Edition on the PS3 and have plans on getting DA2 as well. Would I have to repurchase the DLC again?

Unfortunately I believe you have repurchase everything.
I got The Exiled Prince for PS3 free with my Signature Edition but I had to pay for it for my PC copy.
