I belong to a few groups and I've subscribed to them, whatever that means.

When I click the topmost home tab, under resent activity / my friends I only see comments from me.

What I want to see in comments or updates made by anyone in the groups I'm in. Is there anyway to do this?

There is not. Only friend activity is tracked.
