 Wrong.  His beast status comes from being able to melee prime targets for fire explosions and flameshield/incendiary cheese twice a second, being immune to damage during his melee attack, having incinerate so he's capable of incinerate/incendiary cheese AND being able to prime multiple targets with any protections simultaneously through walls for a double-damage cryo explosion with snap freeze.

Also, why are you right next to another teammate?

I didn't know that. I thought the bug was that on rank 6 the 100% damage boost on explosions didn't work.

I didn't know that it wasn't supposed to prime shields, barriers & armor; I agree that it is a huge advantage.

The bug was that you always got the 100% combo modifier regardless if you choose that evo or not.....but recently it was tested and found that it now only applies if you choose that evo

Also snap freeze as in insta freeze which is necessary for a CE is what it does regardless of defense.....so its probably working as intended

I think the Destroyer is overrated. Granted, I only started to really play him after Devastator Mode was nerfed.

In my opinion then, it's balanced because when snap freeze detonates a fire explosion or tech burst and it lights up around him as opposed to the target.

......nah, the snap freeze bug is a pretty big advantage.

I don't mind the Paladin as long as they aren't snap freeze spamming. Had people do that to me and a friend. over rode all of our biotic explosions. We kick people playing Paladins now.

Fury - Neither underrated nor overrated. She's godly and people know it.

Destroyer - Slightly overrated. He's better than other Soldiers with only one weapon (Typhoon).

Demolisher - Quite overrated. She's decent and very n00b friendly but on the weaker side among Engineers.

Shadow - Quite underrated. She's actually extremely powerful (even among Infiltrators), but quite tricky to learn.

Paladin - Quite overrated. His Fire Shield is his only unique asset, but it's very situational.

Slayer - Neither underrated nor overrated. He's an extremely mobile tech detonator and that's it.

Fury is the only adept im willing to play in a team with paladins as she has AF which overrides every other prime and i can keep detonating their combos while backing up and then go in for another BE......or cast DC and keep throwing as i will detonate all of the paladins combo and can eventually detonate my DC

Link to where that was stated to be a bug?

Pull only primes health for biotic explosions just like cryo blast only primes health for cryo explosions.

Warp primes anything for a biotic explosion, just like snap freeze primes anything for a cryo explosion.

I have never seen it stated that snap freeze's priming was not working as intended.

You need evo 4 reach, not evo 6 bonus explosion. Yeah, working as intended.

The demolisher is the worst, but she's not really even overrated since people don't even use her.

Well...

Destroyer: Can't be... since in the hands of the lamest of the lame, he is the deadliest character. If not glitching, still absurdly powerful.

Demolisher: Has some pretty crazy offensive output, so hard to be overrated when you can carry a tonne of grenades that can combo with each other.

Fury: Not overrated, since she can do everything everyone talks about.

Shadow: Often maligned as one of the worst characters in the game, and rarely described as powerful. Therefore, underrated, if anything.

Slayer: Deadly in the hands of those who know him, squishy in the hands of those that don't - so not overrated, since that is how he is usually described.

Paladin: Accurately rated as a strong offensive class, with a variety of potential builds and styles.

So... none of them are overrated, in my opinion.

I think you misunderstood what was happening. You can set off both explosions. The "prime overwrite" is misleading... it doesn't "delete" the original prime, it moves ahead of it in the "detonation" queu. If you follow up with a second detonator before the original Biotic prime ends, you will set off both explosions - for a lot more total damage. I've done it many, many times with Warp, Incendiary Ammo and Throw, or with Snap Freeze, Warp, and Throw.

That Paladin was actually helping you, as he was also debuffing the targets and increasing all forms of damage.

Unless, of course, you were upset that he was getting credit for the kills.

N7 Paladin is the best power centric kit in the game. How can he be overrated ? He's godly against ALL enemies in ALL factions. Can you tell one thing that is week about him ?
Power/Power Combo -> Godly
Melee -> Godly
Dodge -> Godly
Survival -> Godly
Weapon -> Godly (the bonus from SF is huge dps wise) for a power class
Health/shield -> Above average

The only one that can be seen as overrated is the slayer, only because he is bad off-host. Without lag/delay he would be strong overall.

No... Just no.

Snap-cheat overwrites. Only on boss units will you be able to get in a BE, (and thats only once or twice), when you have a Paladin on your team.

I'm sorry, but when I play a biotic, I am not there to support you. I am playing biotic to make wubwub BE combos. And after getting one wub BE, I'm all geared up for the next wub BE, for teh wubwub comboception. But then some snapcheat herdur gets in the way with his ear cracking clangy annoying as heeeell cryo...

I don't care about score, 90% of the time I'm #1 anyways. But what I do care about is noobs f*cking my ears. I could easily solo, you are not helping me, you are jsut breaking my audio, and trolling your teammates.

I don´t know how to assess overratedness, but maybe its the Destroyer because I think he is the most played character on higher difficulties. He´s very powerful, but not all that much fun to play for me anymore. Demolisher and Paladin are also very strong but I don´t really enjoy playing them. I like Fury and Slayer most, but that´s just personal taste.
