If Harrowmont is king: Chaos in the streets because the succession crisis after Harrowmont's assassination is even worse than the first one.

I see Bhelen as being able to keep the chaos low. Not through any moral methods mind you but still.

in the Noble dwarf origin mission, bhelen is a smart player and he manipulated everyone, if we explore the palace we meet Rika, his companion, who's the commoner dwarf's sister.... Sometimes to make choices, it's best to play all the origin stories first.

What the heck is the deal with all these thread necros this past week? Sheesh!

I guess I don't have the whole 'any means to the end' mentality for that.    Personally, I will still always choose Harrowmont even knowing the outcome(with my good characters), because it is the "right" thing to do at the time.   

 

Putting a tyrant on the throne through nefarious means is never going to be a choice my good characters would make.   Anything else is meta-gaming and something I truly try to avoid.
