Citadel. It has the most content, has better combat, and has one of the best boss fights in the entire game.

Are there other boss fights in the game, besides Marauder Shields?

If you count Marauder Shields, there are 4 sequences that I would count as actual boss fights. The 3 biggest missions in the entire game each have a big bad to take down before its conclusion.

In Omega and Citadel, there are.

In the main game, after Marauder Shields, no.  More like, "confrontations".  I assume at this point you haven't finished the game (download the Extended Cut if you haven't!!!  Replay the Priority: Cerberus (Cronos Station) for it to kick in).

NON-SPOILER:
After MS, you will have a few critical choices to make.  That's all I'll say.

If you want my advice: Remember why you're there.  Remember your whole purpose all along...and make sure you have an EMS greater than 3100. ;)

I would say the "boss fights" were throughout the entire game (in order of recall):

1) Kai Leng (twice)
2) The Repear Destroyer on Rannoch
3) Omega and the Adjutants
4) Citadel protagonist (NO SPOILER, but I didn't figure it out until the very second of the reveal.  They did a good job of weaving some previous back story into this so it doesn't sound like convoluted crap).
5) Atlas Mech on Surkesh and Grissom Station
6) Two Brutes on Tuchanka
7) The Banshees in the convent
8) The waves of Reapers variants in London

That's all I can recall

Citadel.

Omega is full of Bugs and there are a lot of people who said that disliked the DLC because it doesn't add much to the original storyline. (PS: I liked it)

Citadel doesn't have any bugs at all(That I could find), have lots of squadmate interaction, laughs, tears, laughs with tears, etc.

The Order of the DLC that I recommend:

Leviathan: Do after you aquire all the 7 squadmates(6 if you don't have From Ashes), to hear their opinions on each mission.

Omega: When you get it, you can do it anytime you want.

From Ashes: I recommend you get it(later) since it adds one more squadmate and then Citadel will feel more complete. After getting it, do it ASAP after having acess to the Normandy.

Citadel: After you acquired all the squadmates and met all the ME2 Characters and completing missions that involve them. (This is really hard to explain without going for spoilers)

So, here it is the Order of the DLCs to play. All of them.

I recommend after Rannoch.

Why after Rannoch?

because then, you will have all possible squadmates with you. Sure you could wait till after Horizon (when you have met every ME2 squadmate, but then you won't really have time to enjoy things like the armax arena, casino, etc and make use out of the rewards those give you

I would recommend it after Horizon, since Citadel DLC would be more complete with all of them together.

OP: If you don't want to complete Citadel DLC in one ride, try saving side missions(assignments) after completing Tuchanka, so that you don't get "stuck" on Citadel DLC.

E.g : Go into AAA, leave, do a side mission and then come back.

Downloading now. Can you play part 1 without getting 2? Or do you need both to start the DLC? Cuz its taking a while to complete lol.

Yeah, I meant just the main part (the Shore Leave/Conspiracy to kill Shepard mission) after Rannoch. The Party is definitely best after Horizon

The DLC will not work at all without both parts

If you are downloading wirelessly, I'd suggest connecting your console/PC into your network with a wire. It almost doubled the speed it downloaded for me back in March

Get Citadel. No questions.

Play it after high EMS destroy ending. That's right, after.
Your game will end with the Citadel DLC, and you will feel good.

What Yestare7 said. Since it's the last adventure you'll have with Shepard and friends and how the Citadel dlc ends, I HIGHLY recommend playing the Omega dlc first and Citadel, Post-ending. (unless you think the ending is a satifying enough conclusion to the series). Still, even if you dont play Citadel after the ending, Omega seems like it would make the most bieing played before, story-wise. :P

But it's up to you. :)

Btw speaking of DLC's, does anyone know how to save this damn pic? (found on the "Talon's" twitter feed)
I tried using this guy's method but even opening the htm file containing the "full" embed link still appears pretty small compared to the full sized image. It's too big of a picture for my monitor to use Print Screen either. :(

Do part 1 after Rannoch/Horizon. Then part two of Citadel after choosing how to deal with the reapers in the end? So after the final cut scenes the game will reload like ME 2 does? Im a little confused about this now. PS Haven't started Citadel yet.
