CSMG IMO but it's been forever since I had the PPR at 1 so it could very well be it.

I've noticed absolutely all of the recharge weapons drastically increase. I remember HATING the csmg at I. It was utter crap. Now that I have it sitting at VIII, it's really fantastic andi like it on a bunch of different kits. I'm slightly horrified at the lancer because I like it now and I only have it At II.

PPR. I tried at at 4 - yuck. At 10, it's literally a knife that slices through enemy like butter. And CSMG as well. Those 2 I have tried at lower and max level, can't comment on the rest.

The one gun I don't have isn't good until I almost max it out?

My PPR is level 10 and it's almost unusable at level 1 so I'd have to vote for that. Unfortunately my CSMG is only at level 4 so I can't comment on it.
