I've been having this problem for a while now and it's completely random, but while in the middle of playing the screen will change to the loading screen and my game goes back to its last save. I've been in the middle of cut scenes, fighting, buying items, etc. It's random, but it happens a lot. I've had to replay several parts and save constantly. Any ideas?

Check for a problem with the F9 key on your keyboard. F9 is the quickload key, which will load your last quicksave.

thanks for the reply, but you have to hit the F# keys are all function keys on my laptop. they don't work unless you push another button so it's unlikely that's it, but thanks! i'll check it out
