Lately I'm in a "let's show bioware some love" mood and I just bought dungeon and dragons anthology. Inside I have baldur's gate I and II, icewind, planescape torment and the temple of elemental evil and what I guess are expansions. Which one should I play first?

I would try first Baldurs Gate, and then BGII and the ToB final expansion of the saga. This will take hundreds of hours of playing time,
Then, for a change of pace, then go to Plainescape Torment. The various Icewind Dales are like a simpler form of BG,BG2.
You'll get a mix of opinions on this subject, with some people preferring PT to everything else, and even a few Icewind boosters, but probably a thin majority of D&D lovers think BG2 was the peak of the Isometric games.

Tales of the Sword Coast is an expansion of BG1 and should be installed straight after BG1. I would then play ToSC first. You can play the BG1 areas first, but you can go into the ToSC areas before finishing it. Indeed, it is better if you do IMO. I don't know what other expansions you are referring to, so cannot comment further.
Tales of Bhaal is basically an expansion of SoA, but has to be played later than SoA.
