It just occured to me that Sheppard died because of Joker and his stuborness. Yet Sheppard is still best buddies with Joker when he is ressurected. I doubt very much I would take kindly to someone who got me killed. So despite Miranda's little test, Sheppard's memory seems to have at least one gaping hole in it.
Is Sheppard's memory really intact?

It wasn't like Joker was trying to save his DVD collection, he was trying to save the ship. I can see how some would hate on him for what happened but I wouldn't. It isn't like he pushes Shep out of the escape pod.
