Human Soldier is one of the best soldier, think he is bad or even overrated ( because he's not rated at all, not too many people use it here or actually talk about it ) is a bad bad thing.
See this is what I'm talking about. There is definitely a tier of soldiers that are the best ones, and the HSol isn't one of them. The best soldiers are the TSol, the Destroyer, the Geth Trooper, the BatSol, and the QMS. HSol can't shake a stick at those kits.
I don't know why lot of people think its grenades are so bad, they are not the best, but I get tons of killstreaks with them, i've been in games where I get the 3 killstreaks before everyone uses launchers.
How many of them do you have to throw? Three?
The weapon damage is very good, almost constant depending on your weapon and it doesn't "break" every 2 seconds like Cloak. And I would say I prefer the +70% weapon damage for 6 seconds than 80% for only 2.
The weapon damage output is adequate. That's it. If he had something else going for him that would be okay, but he doesn't; and when you compare him to kits that actually have great weapon damage output, he's pretty average. Like I said, won't break 3000 DPS with a Harrier, and the elite weapon damage kits in the game are all above or well above that barrier with optimal setups.
