Only if you're willing to use AP rounds because you're sacrificing piercing mods in favor of the EB (mag upgrade not optional IMO), and then you're sacrificing incendiary ammo damage. You can also forget about Grenade Capacity in case you were hoping to get any significant results with the frags.

[edit] even then, you're still only just barely playing in the lower end of what's acceptable for pure weapons kits.

Optimal DPS setup is actually EB + Piercing. Even for sustained DPS and even if you aren't reload cancelling. I was also running numbers using Warfighter gear.

Fun fact: If the Destroyer is also running Warfighter without the EB, he too will just barely fail to reach 3k burst DPS with the Harrier.

Can't shake a stick at those kits, eh?

It was a powerful kit in the early days . With the DR on the Krogans, Bats and the high shields on the Destroyer and Geth the HS now feels a little squishy for a soldier with its low base health and shields .

It's not often that I say this, but I feel like there wasn't enough Claymore involved in your game when you played that kit.

Human Soldier isn't a general weapons kit, but the weapons that its mechanics favour it does amazingly well with.


like I said...the only excellent thing about the kit is the free reload.

Donno whats wrong with the Hsol.......he can make the collectors,cerberus, geth trivial if played correctly ( read CS spam ) and has 70 % weapon buffs for 6.8 sec for a very good damage output..

I say BSN overrates the FQE......anything she does can be done better with the Base HE using cryo ammo

Most overrated?
Krogan Warlord.
He's just a giant, slow-moving target who stumbles in every table and chair and relies on a flawed game mechanic to do even his basic job. He has no synergy between his active powers and even his base attacks are buggy. Bioware should have let him to jump over cover at least, my first death cause are little tables.

Think about it. How often do you see PUGs use a GI? I know I hardly see any of them (even that might be an understatement).

Just to make it clear, they're quite squishy when Hunter Mode is active. I'd also like to point out that the playstyle is a bit boring for me, but that's just personal opinion.
